James Clark Moorman was born 26 Sept, 1824 in Breckinridge Co., KY. He died 29 Apr, 1903 in Moorman, Muhlenberg, KY. He was a polititian, serving in the House of Representatives from 1871-1873. On 3 Feb 1852 James married Catherine "Sally" Nicholls, b 23 Sept 1829, in Muhlenberg Co KY, by the Rev J. McBennett. Her father was James Nicholls, her mother was Margaret Randolph.
