zims poetry
Zim stole a piece of my heart the minute we first started chatting. His passionate words and ways continue to engage me. He is as full on about his beliefs as anyone I have ever met, the type of person you either love or hate instantly. He spends many of his nights in a coffee house reciting his own, and listening to others poetry. A musician, a poet, a rebel, he is my friend in this insanity.
He once said to me.."poetry doesn't have to rhyme cloudy, don't restrict yourself like that".....those words gave me such freedom.
