These are just my own little interpretations of the romances that can be seen in the Sailor Moon series.
Usagi and Mamoru:
Probably the most well known and well loved couple around in the world of Sailor Moon. These two were lovers long ago during the Silver Millenium. But, one day, Queen Beryl came and tried to destroy the Moon Kingdom this couple lived on. Thankfully, Princess Serena's mother Queen Serenity sacraficed her own life to saveher daughter and the other people of the moon. 1000 years later, these two were reborn on earth. They grew up with no memories of the other. Then, once Serena was able to become Sailor Moon, they slowly began to fall in love once again. They knew each other as Serena and Darien, but they didn't exactly get along for awhile. As time passes there love grows stronger and stronger. This is one love that will last an eternity. Serena and Darien become rulers of the new Moon Kingdom in the future, and have a daughter named Rini.
Luna and Artemis:
These two cats are an odd couple. During the Moon Kingdom they were the advisors of Queen Serenity and her court. Later after being sent to earth, they eventually find each other again. Luna is very afraid to admit her feelings for Artemis, but it's clear from the begining they really care about each other. They even have a daughter in the future. A little grey kitten named Diana, who is the guardien cat of Chibi Moon. When Diana first comes to the present, Luna thinks artemis has been cheating on her, but they soon find out that the small kitten is the daughter of both of them in the future. Luna and Artemis first begind to really show there feelings for each other when the evil Ice Princess shows up. Luna wants to be human to be with a man she had fallen for, but she later relises it wasn't meant to be. When artemis later see's luna, back in cat form, he lets her know she'll never be alone, because she'll always have him around.
Kunzite and Zoicite:
These two are one of the stranger couples, in some peoples opinions. In the original Japanese version of the anime, Zoicite is a man. Kunzite tries to help Zoicite defeat the Sailor Senshi and please Queen Beryl, so they can just be together without the scouts to bother them. it's clear from the begining these two are in love. Kunzite gives Zoicite a rose once, and there is a picture of them as well. We don't get to see them together for long. Just as Usagi and Mamoru are remembering there love from the past, Zoicite makes his final mistake, and is killed by Queen Beryl. Later Kunzite dies as well, shouting out to his love that he'll be joining him soon. This is one of my fave couples because of the fact there around for such a short time.
Chibi Moon and Helios:
My personal fave couple. Helios was captured by the Dead Moon Circus. He went into a sort of Coma. To be able to live in the real world, he needed the power of someone's beautiful dreams. He saw a bright light, which came from Chibiusa's dreams. In the form of Pegasus, he escaped the Dead Moon Circus and lived inside Chibiusa's dreams. He gave Chibiusa and Usagi, and later the other girls, the power to transform into Super Sailor Soldiers. Over time, Chibiusa starts to fall in love with Pegasus. Using a magic item Pegasus gave her, she could talk to him whenever she wanted. After the Dead Moom Circus discovered Chibiusa was the one with the beautiful dreams, they captured her, and almost succeded in there plan. Thanks to help from the Amozoness Quartet, Chibi Moon and Sailor Moon, using Pegasus's gold crystal, saved everyone. In the end, Helios has to go back to his own home to guard the crystal and people's dreams. Chibiusa says good-bye to him and then he leaves, and we don't see him again.
Additional notes:Know that young child, Peruru, from the Black Dream Hole movie? Ever think he might somehow be the child of Chibiusa and Helios? He has the same kind of hair as Helios, with the little purplish part in front, which could have come from Chibiusa. Plus, he is a dream fearie, and watches over peoples dreams. Chibiusa has the gold dream mirror, and Helios also protects peoples dreams. Let me know what you think about this, kay?
