While he laced up his boots he heard the door open but no one said anything. Finnally Taylor turned his head towards the door, he saw through his hair that was in his eyes Isaac. He brought a hand up and swept the hair out of his face.
"Hi" Isaac said.
"Hi" he replied looking back down at his half laced boots. Isaac walked over to his bed and sat down on the edge.
"So what was up with you last night?" Taylor sighed, he didn't know whether he should tell him the truth or lie again. Like last night. He didn't even want to think about it again.
"I just got upset, I went somewhere" He searched for the right words to go in place. "I was insane last night, sorry" he was sorry he wasn't lying on that one either. Isaac was just silent.
"Hello?" Taylor asked.
"I heard you" Isaac said.
"Well?" He still remained silent. "I SAID I was sorry! Have you no comment?!" Taylor said standing up.
"Yeah me too" Isaac said, "I am sorry, I kind of freaked out on you too" Isaac said.
"No you had a right to do that, I shouldn't have ever done that to you" Isaac was surprised at his genuine regret over the situation.
"Boys?" Diana called to them.
"Yeah?" they both replied simultaniously.
"Hurry! Zac's already in the van"
"Ok!" They gathered their stuff and walked out the door.
Taylor piled his bags in the back and climbed in the van next to Zac. Zac broke his stare from the window enough to inquire about their trip.
"Where are we going today?" Walker turned around to answer Zac "We're going to New York, tommorrow's the Grammys how could you forget that Zac?" Zac just shrugged and looked back out the window. The basically rode in silence the whole way, there wasn't much to say really.
When they pulled into the airport Isaac sighed, "More people?!" he whined, "We can't be THAT popular can we? To the point at which it's annoying to have fans!?"
"Oh come on, just get out", Diana told them. Cautiously Isaac pulled the sliding door open not to smash one of the frantic girls fingers off.
"Might as well have chopped them off, they wouldn't mind" he mumbled to himself. Two police officers immediatly grabbed him and two more cleared a path. The four of them kept the girls at bay while Isaac, Taylor, and Zac grabbed the bags in the back. Diana got the other kids away safely, and Walker followed with more bags. When safely on the plane Taylor pulled on his headphones and drifted off to a much deserved sleep.
"Wake up Taylor!!" Diana yelled as she shook her son. Taylor shook his head and looked around.
"What?" he asked weakly.
"Get up we're here" she repeated.
"Oh ok.."
Standing up he went to get his bag from the overhead compartment Zac looked at Taylor's face, "What's wrong with you?"
"Nothing, I just woke up give me a break!" he snapped back glaring at him.
"Ok, Ok, I was just worried you look sick or something" he said sincerely.
"Oh ok sorry" Taylor apologized, "No I'm just a little dizzy that's all" Zac shrugged and walked out onto the steps leading from the plane behind Isaac and the rest of the family. Taylor soon followed only to meet a sea of screaming girls.
"Oh not this again" Taylor said putting on his sunglasses. He tried to smile while being escorted through the crowd by police officers. But the girls wouldn't let up and the broke down the baracade. A rush of crying teens fell right on Taylor and Zac. Zac just screamed and tried to push them off.
"Shit" Taylor yelled out of complete surprise.
"WHAT!?" Diana and Walker screamed. Isaac stared at Taylor, "What's wrong with him? He would never say that in front of our parents" Isaac wondered.
"Ummmmm..." Taylor said pulling himself to his feet after the girls cleared.
"Well!?" Diana demanded.
"Mom, we're making a scene talk about it in the car" Isaac suggested trying his best to hurry out of there. They rushed out past the crowd of now speechless girls, out of the airport, and into the rental van. Diana immediatly started in on Taylor; "What makes you think you can say that!? We have not raised you like that Taylor! How do you expect to set a good example for your younger brothers and sisters?!" Taylor was about to go overboard. He was litterally shaking, his eyes were filled with rage. He had this feeling he could do anything to anyone now. He was holding it all in though he'd never known how to let it out. He'd probably hurt someone if he tried to expell it. His stomach was hurting again. But it was a lacking. An emptyness. But not an emptyness that could possibly be filled with food.
