CAMP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
The camp has policies and procedures that are closely followed. At time of registration, each parent or guardian needs to ask for a copy of our policies and procedures.
- Each child must have a completed registration form and an updated immunization record on file. No child will be allowed to participate in camp activities without these forms filled out.
- An adult must sign in/out each child every day of camp. The sign-in/out book will be placed at the service desk. Parents will be given a Y letter to show counselors to release child.
- Children must arrive no earlier than 8:45 am, unless preregistered and paid for pre-camp from 6:30 - 9:00am. Children must be picked up no later than 4:00pm, unless preregistered and paid for post-camp care from 4:00-5:30pm. Pre and post camp care kids must be registered and paid for at time of camp registration. Additional fee of $5/week required for pre or post camp care, or $10/week for both pre & post camp care.
