- During the upcoming China Exhibit at the Kentucky Horse Park, Sin The Gym is proud to announce that our school has been ask to perform various demonstrations at the park to coincide with the exhibit. For more information, call the gym at 275-2148
- Some of our Black Belts from the gym have started teaching Tai Chi at the Joseph-Beth bookstore at Lexington Green. Everyone is invited to come out and learn this exciting form of meditation in motion.
New forms being taught
- I have just concluded teaching The First Road of the Shaolin Double Dagger. If you missed it and are interested in learning it, please send me an e-mail.
