ARRL FTP, at oak.oakland.edu (the Oak Software Respository at Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan), is maintained by the Boston Amateur Radio Club, and includes QST indexes among its many files. The mirror sites mentioned on the oakland FTP response screens are mirrors for the SimTel software archive [directory pub/SimTel], rather than the hamradio file archives. ARRL FTP's mirror sites are:

ARRL FTP and its mirrors include the files available on the ARRL HQ telephone BBS (860-594-0306). The ARRL BBS messaging system is not available on the Internet; that's what Internet email is for!
