Herb Magick is the use of herbs in a rite to attain a desired result. Below are example ways to use herbs in magick.
On the altar place your bowl (preferably wooden or earthenware) surrounded by the herb(s) you are to use and a candle of the appropriate color on either side.As you place each herb into the bowl, say:
If you are using more than one herb,say each name aloud. When this is done you shoul immediately begin work on your magick.
These can be carried or hung around the house.It is a small bag with magickal herbs inside.You will need: a small square of cloth(use appropriate color)herbs to match your need a string/cord or yarn matching the cloth color
Spread the cloth out on the altar.Place onto it the herbs you've choosen.(About 1 tablespoon altogether) Gather the ends together and tie with the string/cord. Knot it 3 times.
All the while you are doing this keep in mind your pupose for the sachet(this will add to its potentcy)
For a sachet to hang in the house,use a larger cloth and about a tablespoon of each herb. Bath
A satchet can be used for your herbal bath,be it for purification or just to relax.Use about a cup of herbs in the sachet.Also for the cloth use either a cheesecloth or coffee filter.
When the sachet is made,drop it into a warm bath. Relax and let the power of the herbs spread over your body.
Poppets are mostly used for healing. Results are best if you make it for yourself.
On a large doubled-over cloth (*color) draw n outline of a human figure.(About 7-8 inches long) Cut the figure out and sew around the edges until you're 3/4 done.
Stuff appropriate herbs into it and finish sewing it up. With a linen marker (for use on cloth) write your name on the body of the doll.Then, for a few minutes,hold the doll in your power hand and think of nothing but your need. Say
Then place on your altar.Burning candles (*color) Visualize your need while you stare at the poppet. When its job is completed.You must take it apart and bury everything,herbs and cloth.
