"Hey Michelle, welcome back."

"Thanks JC." Michelle was finally coming to join NSYNC on the road permanently as their opening act. "Where's Chris?" She asked, wondering why her boyfriend wasn't there to meet her.

"I don't know, he left sometime this morning and hasn't been back yet."

"Well he better get back soon. I missed him and I want to see him." She said.

"I'm sure he'll be back soon, he knew what time you would be in didn't he?"

"Yeah."

At that moment, Chris walked in the door of the tour bus. "Mishi!"

"Chris!" Michelle ran into the arms of her boyfriend, who she hadn't seen for two weeks. "Where were you?"

"Well since you are joining us on the road, I decided to get you a welcoming gift." Chris left the bus and returned with a bouquet of flowers.

"Oh Chris I love them!"

"It took you all morning to do that?" Asked Lance.

"Yeah. You try and find a flower shop that's open on a Sunday. Besides, i'm not to good at this stuff."

"Oh Chris don't worry, I love them." Michelle went to find something to put the flowers in.

"Ok guys are we ready to go?" Asked Joey.

"Go where?"

"Didn't anyone tell you Mishi?"

"Tell me what?"

"Well we have a couple hours off, so we're going to hang with Brian, Nick, AJ, Kevin and Howie."

"Kevin? Nick? You mean the Backstreet boys?"

"Yeah that's them. Do you have a problem with going to see them?"

"No not at all. It just came as a suprise to me."

Everyone piled into the van that would take them accross town to AJ's house.

"Is this it?" The driver asked as he pulled into the driveway.

"Yep this is it." Everyone got out of the car.

"Uhh guys, do they know that i'm coming with you guys?"

"Yeah, they all want to meet you."

"Oh."

The door opened and AJ welcomed them.

"Hi guys. Come on in. Everyone is down stairs playing Nintendo."

The six of them came into the house and went down stairs.

"Hi guys." Said Justin as he plopped onto the floor.

"Hi Justin. Hi everyone." Said Howie as everyone came down stairs and sat in the empty chairs and the floor.

"Hi."

"Everyone," Chris announced. "This is Michelle."

"So you're Michelle?" Said Nick, "We've heard a lot about you."

"Have you?" Michelle looked around the room."All good I hope."

"Yeah it was good." Brian said. "You were right Joey."

"Right about what?" She asked. "Joey, right about what?"

"Joey said that -" Brian was cut off by Lance.

"Don't say it Brian, she hates it."

"Hates what?"

Chris sighed. "Joey was telling the guys how pretty you are." Chris continued, "But he obviously forgot to tell them that you hate being flattered." Chris glared at Joey.

"Opps sorry Michelle."

"That's ok Joey."

"What do you want to do now?" AJ asked.

"We could go clubbing." Suggested Joey.

"Ok sounds good. What does everyone else think?"

"Yeah sounds great." Agreed nine other voices.

"But how are we gonna get there? There's eleven of us and our driver won't be back to pick us up until later."

"Well me, Nick and Howie have our cars here and we can each take three including us. So that's nine." said AJ.

"My car isn't far from here, I could go get it."

"Ok Lance, now we're set." AJ continued. "Brian and Kevin, you go with Nick, Chris and Michelle, you go can ride with me, and Justin and JC, you go with Howie. That leaves Joey in Lance's car."

Michelle got the impression that AJ was the leader of the group. He seemed really good at organizing things quickly.

Everyone split up into the cars and went down town to the club.

AJ's car pulled up right infront the club. Down the road, they could see Nick, Howie and Lance's car pull up. Everyone met up outside the club before going in. Once inside, they found a huge table that just barely fit all of them around it.

After a little while, Michelle noticed that Chris was getting ressless so she asked him to dance. They got up and went into the crowd. About half way through the song, Michelle saw a familiar face. So she explained to Chris where she was going and told him that she would meet him back at the table a little later.

Michelle found the person she was looking for and walked up to her. "Krista?"

She turned around. It only took her a minute to realize who was talking to her. "Michelle? Hi!"

How are you?"

"I'm fine. It's great to see you. It's been like three years since I last saw you."

"Wait. Don't you live in Canada now?"

"Yeah but i'm moving back."

"Really? What made you come back?"

"My boyfriend lives here and he draged me into working with him."

"Your boyfriend? Do I know him?"

"No I don't think you have ever met him. Do you want to? He's here plus some of my other friends."

"Sure." Michelle led the way back to the table.

On the way back to the table, Krista spoted the guys and stopped in her tracks.

"What's wrong?" Michelle asked.

"Over at that table," she said pointing towards the large table. "NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys are sitting at that table."

"Come on." Michelle pulled Krista in the direction of the table.

"Hi guys, i'm back and I brought a friend. Everyone, this is Krista. Kris, this is...... well everyone."

"Hi." She said, her face turning red.

"And Krista, this is Chris, my boyfriend."

"Hey Krista, do you want to sit down?" Asked AJ.

"Sure, but.... is there room."

"We'll make room. Brian, move your but."

"Ok ok, i'm moving." Brian moved over and cleared a spot right next to AJ. Krista sat down.

After a little while, Lance asked Michelle to dance and the two of them got up and left the table. About half way through the song, AJ asked Krista to dance and the two of them went off into the crowd. A couple of the others left the table to go find dance partners.

As the song ended, Michelle and Lance made their way back to the table. A little while later, AJ and Krista came back and sat down.

"Umm Kris, will you come to the bathroom with me?"

"Sure." The two girls got up and left the table. Michelle didn't really have to go to the bathroom but it was a good exuse to talk.

"What do you mean you work with you're boyfriend?" Krista demanded."You're boyfriend is part of NSYNC! Does that mean you're part of NSYNC now too?"

"No, i'm the opening act for their concert."

"You are? That is so cool. Chris seems really sweet."

"He is. I love him to bits. But what about you?"

"What about me?" Krista asked.

"Ok I don't think I was the only one who noticed that you like AJ."

"So what if I do?"

"Just asking. I think he likes you to."

"I don't." Said Kris, "I think he is just a sweet guy who likes to flirt."

"No I still think he likes you."

"Whatever." Was her friends reply.

When they went back to the table, they noticed about fifteen girls crowded around their table. The two girls soon realized that they were fans just there for autographs so they decided to wait untill the crowd went away. When they group was gone, the girls went back and sat down.

"Guess things got kinda busy didn't they?" Michelle asked as she took her spot next to Chris.

"Yeah."

Michelle looked down at her watch and noticed that it was 11:30. It would be time to go soon. Thir driver would be there to take them back to the bus since they were leaving to go touring that night. Of course, JC noticed the time to and he announced it was time to go. Everyone said good bye to Krista and went outside to their cars to go back to AJ's.

As they pulled into the drive way, Michelle noticed that, sure enough, the van was waiting there to pick them up, so NSYNC and Michelle said good bye to everyone and pilled into the van to go back to the bus.

"Oh i'm beat. Today was a long day." Said Justin as they walked through the doors of the bus. "I'm going to bed."

"Yeah me too." Said JC "Nite guys."

"I'm not going to bed until everyone else has. Last time I went to bed early, I missed lots of stuff."

"Fine Chris, stay up by yourself, i'm going to bed too." And Lance went to the back of the bus with Joey behind him.

"I'll stay up with you babe." Said Michelle. "I'm not tired anyways."

"Ok, thanks."

Michelle got up and went to snuggle up with Chris. Together, they watched late night TV until the picture went fuzzy.

"What happened?"

"I don't know, the cable must have gone out." Guessed Chris.

"Oh well that's great."

"What do you want to do now?" Asked Chris.

"Well I have had an idea for a song for about a week now, but I wanted to wait untill you could help me write it. Would you help?"

"Sure. Hold on a sec." Chris silently tiptoed to the back of the bus and returned with his laptop computer. "I thought this might help."

So the two spent a couple hours writting the song. When Michelle had originally thought of the idea of the song, she thought it should be a one person song with back ground vocals. When collaborated between the two of them, they made it into a two person duet with very strong harmonizing back ground vocals.

As they wrote the song, Chris thought to himself, 'this is a really good song, I wonder if we could sing it together?"

"Michelle?" Chris asked, "What would you think if I suggested that we sing this song as a duet? You know, when we do the live show?"

"Chris that's a great idea. I bet we could even get trhe guys to do the back ground vocals......."

"Morning everyone." Michelle said as she got out of bed and made her way to the front of the bus where JC, Chris and Justin were sitting.

"Morning Mishi." Michelle leaned down and gave Chris a good morning kiss.

"Hey what did you guys do to the TV? It doesn't work." Justin complained.

"We know." Chris said, "The cable went out last night."

"So what did you guys do instead?" Asked JC. By that time, Lance and Joey had made their way out of bed and was now sitting with the rest of them.

"We wrote a song." Explained Chris, "We were acctually wondering if you would help us sing it?"

"Sure. Let's see the lyrics."

Chris opened his laptop and displayed the lyrics to the song him and Michelle had wrote the previous night.

"Ok I don't see how this works," said JC, "There are only two parts to the song."

"Well it's a duet that me and Chris would sing, but we need you guys to do the back ground vocals." Explained Michelle. "The back ground vocals are the words in brackets."

"Oh I see." Realized Joey. "Sounds good to me, i'm in."

"Yeah me too." Agreed JC, Justin and Lance.

"Thanks guys."

The next afternoon, Michelle and Chris were practicing the duet on the bus. In the middle of the chorus, Chris' cell phone rang.

"Hello?" Chris answered.

"Hi Chris? It's Brian, is Michelle there?"

"Yeah hold on." Chris handed the phone to Mishi. "It's for you. It's Brian."

Michelle took the phone. "Hello?"

"Hi Michelle, it's Brian."

"Hi Brian, what's up?"

"Nothing much but I have a huge favor to ask you. We have a video coming up for 'Hey Mr. DJ' and we were wondering if you would be in it? You would play the main girl in the video."

"Me? Why me?" Michelle asked.

"Well we auditioned a bunch of girls but they were all wrong. Either they couldn't dance the way we need, or they were all uncomfortable around us. We know you can dance and we know that being around us doesn't make you uncomfortable. So would you do it?"

"Ummm I don't know I have to check my schedule. When is it?" Michelle got out a pen and wrote down all the information. "I'll call you back later tonight."

"Ok bye Michelle."

Michelle hung up the phone and told Chris what the call was about. Chris thought it was a great idea but she was going to have to cheak with Mike since he was her temporary manager. So after a quick trip to visit Mike, she was givin the ok to do the video. The shoot would take place next tuesday, for two days in Orlando, then they would break for two days, and then the would finish up shooting the next two days after that. It would be a hectic schedule, but Michelle was up for it. She was looking forward to doing her first video.

"Michelle, are you ready to go?" Lance yelled down the hallway. Michelle was in her room packing last minute things before Chris and Lance took her to the airport.

"Yeah i'm coming!" Michelle took one more look at the room to make sure she had everything and then the three of them left.

When they got to the airport, it was time for Mishi to say god bye to the guys for two days.

"What am I gonna do without you for two days?" Chris asked Mishi, "I'm gonna miss you."

"Oh Chris, i'm gonna miss you too." Michelle gave Chris a hug. "But i'll be back in two days. Besides, we just got over two weeks without eachother, and before that, three years."

"I know that, but i'm still gonna miss you."

"Oh sweetie, I love you." Michelle kissed Chris and said one final good bye. "I'll call you later hon. Bye Lance."

Michelle turned around and went through the gate to her plane. As she left, chris watched her go. Lance noticed this and said to his friend.

"You really love her don't you?"

"Yeah."

"Do you think it will work between you guys?"

"I hope so. At this point, I can't picture my life without her."

"Hi Michelle." Mishi had just landed and was claiming her luggage when she heard Brian's voice from behind her. She turned around.

"Hi Brian."

"Are you ready to go?" He asked her.

"Yep." Michelle picked up her bag and together, Michelle and Brian walked out to the waiting limosine. Brian held the door open for Michelle and then climbed in after her.

"Ok so here's the schedule for today." Said Brian. "First, i'll take you back to the hotel, where all the others are now. Shortly after that, we'll be leaving to go to the studio to practice and rehurse the video. After that, you can have some free time because we have a show. Or you can come and watch if you want."

"Ok sounds good." Michelle concluded.

Brian moved over to sit closer to Michelle. He kept moving over until he was right next to her.

"So what do you say we get to know eachother a little better?" Brian suggested.

"Brian, I know where this is going and I don't like it." Michelle moved over to the other side of the limo. "Besides, you know i'm going out with Chris."

"I know but I thought we should get to know eachother a liitle better since we'll be working together."

"Fine we can do that but not the way you want to. You stay there and i'll stay here."

Once they reached the hotel and the car stoped, Michelle was the first one out. The ride to the hotel had been awkward and she wanted to put it all behind her.

"Hey guys." Michelle greeted as she entered the room.

"Hi Michelle," said AJ. "How was your trip?"

"Fine but the ride was a little wierd." Mishi glanced at Brian. AJ noticed this.

"Michelle can I talk to you?" AJ asked.

"Sure." The two of them went into another room and AJ closed the door.

"The ride up here, how was it weird?

"Oh no it was ok." Michelle reasured him. She was embarrased by what had happened eariled that evening.

"Are you sure? You look sort of umm uncomfortable."

"Yeah i'm fine. Was there another reason you asked me in here?" She asked.

"No that's it."

When they got back into the main room, Brian offered to show Michelle to her room. Reluctantly, she agreed.

"Ok Michelle here's your room. What do you think?" Brian asked.

"It's fine. I'm going to unpack some of my stuff and then i'll be out in a bit ok?"

"Do you need some help?" He offered.

"Brian can we get something straight?" Michelle asked.

"Sure."

"I'm going out with Chris. I love Chris. Please leave me alone."

"Hey i'm just being friendly." Brian leaned towards Michelle to kiss her. Mishi saw what he was doing and moved her head. Brian ened up kissing her forehead.

"Brian get out." Michelle said gently.

"Ok ok, i'm leaving." Brian got up and left Michelle alone in the room. For a minute, she just sat there. After a little while, she took a deep breath and then started to unpack.

After Michelle was back in the main room with everyone else, it was time to go to the studio to get ready for the video.

When they got to the studio, they were met by choreographers, composers, and other people that would help put the video together. The first two days would be working with the choreographers ect to get the video put together and ready to shoot once Michelle was back in Orlando on sunday.

After four hours of memorizing, practicing, and dancing, everyone called it quits for the day. The BSB and Michelle were on their way to a venue that the boys had to preform at that night. Michelle wasn't involved in the show, but she wanted to go see them preform live.

"Oh i'm beat." Said Kevin as he collapsed onto the couch back at the hotel.

"No doubt." Michelle said sitting down next to him. "You've had a long day."

After resting a little bit in the main room, Michelle got up and went to her room. "I'm going to call Chris." She said as she left the room.

"Hello?" Chris answered.

"Hi honey, how are you?" Michelle asked.

"I'm fine, how's it going there?"

"Ummm everything has been great." Michelle lied through her teeth. She didn't want Chris to know what was going on between her and Brian.

"That's good. So where are you now?"

"I'm back at the hotel. It's been a long day though."

"I bet. Shooting a video isn't as easy as it seems is it?"

"No." Michelle could hear Chris cover the reciver and talk to someone. A moment later he came back.

"Hey babe, I have to go, JC is yelling at us to go to bed. We have an early morning tomorrow."

"Ok honey, i'll talk to you tomorrow. Bye"

"Bye." Michelle hung up the phone and got ready for bed.

"And five and four and three...." The choreographer was going through the dance step by step with everyone on the set. It was a reletively easy dance to learn, but it did take some time to memorize.

"Ok guys that's a wrap for the day." The choreographer called out as they finished the dance. "Good work everyone, i'll see you on Sunday."

In order for Michelle to make her flight back to see the guys, she would have to leave right from the studio, so all the guys walked her to the gate.

When her plane was announced, Michelle said good bye to all the guys and said she would see them in two days.

"Wait Michelle." Brian stepped forward and whispered somthing into her ear. He then stepped back and watched as Michelle's expression turned from confused to embarassed, to angry.

"Remember what I said Brian." Michelle warned. "Back off." She turned around and boarded the plane.

On the plane, what Brian had said to her echoed through her mind. 'I'll miss you and I can't wait for Sunday.'

Michelle saw that he obviously wasn't giving up, dispite her warnings.

'I'm going to have to tell Chris' She thought to herself. She later decided that it would be the best idea in the long run so after she got home, she would sit him down and tell him.

"Hello? I'm home!" Michelle called out as she entered the hotel room. When she had gotten into town, the guys were at an interview, but due to heavy traffic from the airport, they had beaten her back to the hotel.

"Hi honey." Chris was the first to meet her at the door. "How was your trip?" He asked kissing her on the forehead.

"It was fine but, ummm, I need to talk to you later."

"Ok." Chris agreed with a puzzled look on his face.

Michelle greeted the others and then relaxed on the couch. After a little R&R, Chris came up to her.

"Is now a good time to talk?" He asked.

"Sure but let's go to your room." The two of them got up and went into Chris' room. After the door had been closed, Michelle told Chris all the things that had happened with Brian in Orlando. All the things he had done or said to make her feel uncomfortable throughout the two days she was with him.

"He did what?" Chris exploded. "He knew that we're together and he still did that?"

"Yeah." Michelle said as she sat down on the bed.

"I'm gonna kill him."

"Chris, you know as well as I do that violence isn't going to solve anything."

"Maybe not but it will feel good. I hope all those Brian loving girls will still love him after his face has been rearanged."

"Chris, calm down, i've never seen you this upset before."

"No one has ever tried to take the girl I love before."

"Chris, promise me that you won't hurt him. I'll handle this. I just thought you would like to know."

"Ok I guess I won't hurt him." Chris agreed. "But i'm glad you told me. Are you ok?" He asked sitting down beside her.

"Yeah i'm fine I guess." Michelle sighed. "I'm just a little upset."

"Oh hon, don't worry. You'll get through this."

"I know."

After a minute of silence, Chris kissed Michelle. Mishi responded to the kiss, she leaned back so her back was against the bed. As her body moved, Chris' followed. After a minute or so of kissing, Chris sat up.

"What's wrong?" Michelle asked.

"Nothing but I think I have an idea on how to make things easier for you when you go back to Orlando."

"Really?" Michelle asked, sitting up. "How?"

"Well, we could phone one of the other guys and get them to keep an eye on Brian for you. That way you wouldn't need to worry about being alone with him."

"That's a great idea Chris."

"Who would be the best choice to ask though?" Chris pondered.

"AJ." Michelle responed almost immediatly. "He is really good at reading my body language."

"Ok we'll call him in the morning." Chris said. "Now where were we?"

"I think we were -" Michelle was cut off by Chris' lips locking with hers. She leaned back onto the bed again but this time, things went a little further.......

Michelle woke up early the next morning and looked at the bed side clock. It read 7:40. In twenty minutes, JC would be waking everyone up to start the day.

"Chris. Chris honey wake up."

"Mmmmmm." Chris mumbled before waking up.

"Morning hon."

"Morning? Already?" Chris complained. "The night wasn't long enough."

"The night was the same Chris, we just didn't sleep for most of it."

"So it still wasn't long enough."

"Awww poor baby. You want me to kiss it better?"

"Mmmm that would be nice." Michelle leaned down and kissed Chris gently.

"I get first dibs on the shower!" Michelle exliamed as she got up and ran to the bathroom.

"No fair!" Chris called after her.

"Morning everyone!" Michelle said as she and Chris came into the main room.

"Morning Michelle, you're in a good mood this morning." JC noticed.

"Well I don't have any reason not to be." Michelle pointed out, looking at Chris.

"Good point. Are you two hungry?"

"Yes."

"Good sit down and eat." The two of them sat down with Joey, JC and Justin. Lance wasn't out of his room yet.

"So what is on the agenda today?" Chris asked as he took his place at the table.

"Nothing much.We have a couple hours of down time this morning, and this afternoon we have a photo shoot."

"Oh good, a nice relaxing day."

"Anyone want to go play a game of B-ball this morning?" Justin asked.

"Yeah sure." Everyone said.

After breakfast, after a mass clean-up from breakfast, everyone went to the basketball court down in the back court yard of the hotel.

"Ok ummm teams. JC, Justin and Mishi on one team and Joey, Lance and Chris on the other."

"Awww we gotta have Lance?" Chris complained. Lance isn't exactly the best athlete of the group, but he isn't bad.

"Gee thanks Chris, I feel loved." Lance mocked a hurt tone, but by now, he knew that Chris was only joking."

The teams divided and started to play. It had been a while since any of them had played and it felt good to get out and have fun.

"Ok guys that's game." JC declared about an hour and a half later. "I'm beat."

The game ended up being 4 -3 for Mishi's team.

When they got up to the hotel room, Chris was still complaining about his team losing the basketball game.

"Chris," Michelle warned, "If you don't stop whining, i'm gonna smack you."

"Oh you're just saying that because your team won." He continued complaining.

"Hon, next time we get some time off, we'll have a rematch ok? Now stop whining!"

"Ok i'll stop."

After everyone had washed up from the basketball game, it was time to leave for the photo shoot. Michelle had the option to go with them and after much encouragement from the guys, she decided to go.

"Ok everyone, hold that pose." Called the photographer. 'Click Click.' Went the camera. "Come on guys, put some energy into it." 'Click Click.'

Michelle, who was sitting off to the side of the set, started making faces at the guys to try and get them to laugh. Michelle was in mid face, when Lance looked over at her and began to laugh. The others noticed Michelle and they laughed to."

"Good guys, that's great." Said the photographer. "That's a wrap. Good work."

The guys came out from behind the camera. "What's wrong you guys? You looked really tired." Michelle asked.

"I guess we are tired." Lance sighed.

"Well then let's go back to the hotel so you can get some R&R."

"Ok guys well i'm off." Michelle was on her way to the airport. The guys couldn't take her because of an interview they had in half an hour.

"Oh Mishi, I wish I could take you to the airport." Chris complained.

"I know hon, but that's a price to pay when you're in this business. I'll miss you though."

"I'll miss you too." Chris kissed Michelle and she turned to leave. Once again, the two of them had to say good bye.

"Bye."

"Bye."

When Michelle landed in Orlando, she was relived to see that AJ was the one waiting there to pick her up.

"Hi AJ." Michelle greeted him.

"Hey Mishi, how are you?" He asked as they started to walk to the car.

"I'm ok. How about yourself?"

"I'm good. Chris called me before I left to pick you up. Why didn't you tell me?" He asked.

"I don't know. I figured that if I talked to him, he would stop. After I left on Thursday, it was obvious that he wasn't going to, so I told Chris. Then he told you."

"Well i'm glad you're ok. I told Chris I would watch Brian for him."

Michelle laughed. "You'll watch Brian for him eh? What about me?"

"Oh yeah, that's what I meant, i'll watch him for you."

Michelle laughed again. She loved to confuse people.

After droping her stuff at the hotel, AJ and Michelle went to the studio. As soon as they got there, it would be time to shoot.

"Ok and action." The director called. After make up, wardrobe and hair, they were ready to shoot. Michelle waited for her que, came onto the set. They did this over and over throughout the afternoon.

After what seemed like forever, the director said that they were done for the day. But before alowing everyone to leave, the director announced that because today went so well with the shooting, they would probably only need to do half a day of shooting the next day.

By the time they got back to the hotel, it was late.

"I'm going to go call Chris, then i'm going to bed. Good night everyone."

"Nite Michelle." Called five voices. She went to her room and closed the door.

"Hello?"

"Hi Justin? Can I talk to Chris?"

"Sure, hold on." A minute later, Chris came onto the phone."

"Hello?"

"Hi Chris."

"Hi honey, how are things going down there?" He asked.

"Great. The director said that since shooting went so well today, we might only need to do a half day tomorrow."

"Thats great baby."

"So what's happening there?" Michelle asked.

"We're at an interview right now."

"Oh do you want me to let you go then?"

"No, but I can only talk for a minute. We're taking a short break."

"Ok."

"So how are things with Brian?" Chris asked. "Has he done anything else?"

"We haven't had a chance for him to do anything so no, he hasn't."

"That's good. Well Mishi, i'm sorry to cut this short, but I have to go."

"Ok hon, i'll see you tomorrow. Bye."

"Bye." Michelle hung up the phone and got ready for bed. 'It will be good to get back to my usual life tomorrow.' Michelle thought to herself as she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

"Ok guys, go get ready, and then we'll get shooting."

Once again, Michelle went through make up, wardrobe and hair. It would be the last time for this video.

"Lights, camera, action." Once again, Michelle and the guys went into the routine of redoing the scenes from the video. But this time, it only lasted a couple of hours. They started shooting at eleven o'clock in the morning, and the director announced that they were finished at two o'clock.

"Good work everyone. We should have enough to put the video together with what we have. You can all go home early."

By the time that they finally left the studio, Michelle only had a few hours left until she had to leave Orlando for the second and last time of the week.

As soon as they got back to the hotel, Michelle had to go pack up her stuff. She was about three quarters finished, when Brian came into the room.

"Hi Michelle." He said as he walked in.

"Uhhh, hi Brian." Michelle said uncomfortably.

"What are you doing?"

"Packing to go home. My plane leaves in a couple of hours."

"Oh I see." Brian paused. "You know, Michelle, it isn't to late for there to be something between us."

Michelle sighed. "Brian, stop it."

"Ok ok i'll stop, but only if you -" Brian was cut off by AJ. He had heard from the other room what was going on and he came in to see what he could do.

"Brian, can I see you in the other room please?" AJ asked.

"Sure." Brian said and then led the way out of the room. AJ followed him into Brian's room.

"What do you think you're doing?" AJ asked him, grabbing him by the collar and pushing him up against the wall. "She has a boyfriend Brian."

"So what?" Brian tried to get out of AJ's grip but it was too strong.

"So what? Brian she loves Chris not you. Leave her alone!" And with that, he shoved Brian into a wall and left the room.

"Hey." AJ said as he came into the room. "Are you ok?"

"Yeah i'm fine." Michelle said. "I'm just glad that you came in when you did. God knows what would have happened if you hadn't."

"Hey I told you I would right?"

"Yeah. I'm going to call Chris and let him know what happened."

"Ok i'll leave you alone to do that." AJ got up and left.

Michelle dialed the number and waited for someone to pick up. No one did so she called Chris' cell.

"Hello?"

"Hi Chris? It's Michelle."

"Michelle? What's wrong?"

"Ummm well he did it."

"Brian did it again?" Chris said. "Are you ok?"

"Yeah. AJ came in before he really did anything. I'm fine just a little upset."

"No doubt."

"Well, I have to go, but i'll see you later tonight. I just called to let you know what was going on, but I have a plane to catch."

"Yep. I'll be at the airport later to pick you up."

"Ok hon, see you then. Bye." Michelle hung up the phone and went to find AJ. He was in his room.

"AJ?" Michelle said to get his attention.

"Hey Mishi. How are you doing?"

"I'm fine. I just came to say thanks."

"Hey no problem, that's what i'm here for." AJ joked. "Are you ready to go? I'll take you to the airport."

"Yeah i'm ready."

"The ride to the airport was fairly silent. Finally Michelle broke the silence.

"You know, I feel that through this, I made a new best friend." Michelle looked at AJ and smiled. AJ smiled back. No words were needed, she knew he felt the same way.

When they got to the airport, they found the gate that Michelle's plane would be leaving from. Since NSYNC and the Backstreet boys have different schedules, it would probably be a couple months until they saw eachother again.

"Well I guess this is good bye then hey?" AJ said.

"Only for a little while. Besides, we'll stay in touch right?"

"Of course we will." AJ and Michelle hugged.

"Bye Michelle."

"Oh wait, I have something for you." Michelle reached into her pocket and took out a folded pice of paper. She handed it to AJ.

"What's this?" He asked.

"It's Krista's phone number. I gave it to you, now you decide what to do with it." AJ smiled.

"Well, I gotta go."

"I know, bye."

"Bye." Michelle turned around and went through the gates onto the plane.

When Michelle got to the airport, Chris and Joey were waiting to pick her up.

"Hi guys." Michelle said coming up behind them.

Joey and Chris turned around. "Hi Michelle."

"Hi Joey." Michelle paused looking at Chris. "Hi Chris."

"Hey Mishi, how are you doing?"

"I'm ok now."

"What are you two talking about? Mishi, what's wrong?" Joey asked.

"Nothing anymore."
