Henry Clay coach Scott Cromwell countered with 5-11 So. Brittany Coles, 5-5 Jr. Alex Hamilton, 6-1 Jr. Gwen Rucker, 5-6 Jr. Hanna Blankenship, and 5-5 Jr. Raven Price.
Henry Clay utilized a 17-7 run in the second quarter and scored 32 points off 28 H. W. Byers turnovers to earn a 66-52 victory. Henry Clay shot 50% from the field including one of five from the three point line. The Lady Blue Devils connected on 19 of 28 free throws and pulled down 33 rebounds. H. W. Byers shot 40% from the field including six of 17 from beyond the arc. The Lady Lions connected on 10 of 22 free throws, grabbed 27 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 23 Henry Clay turnovers.
Raven Price led Henry Clay with 13 points and five steals. Brittany Coles added 12 points, seven rebounds, and four steals. 5-5 Jr. Demetria Nichols came off the bench to add 10 points.
Ciara Seldon led H. W. Byers with 12 points. 5-4 Jr. Marian Parker added 10 points. Rachel Jones chipped in with nine points and recorded seven steals.

Oak Hills outscored Rose Hill 14-4 in the second quarter on their way to a 56-45 victory. Oak Hills shot a 40.4% from the field including seven of 23 from the three point line. The Highlanders connected on 11 of 14 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 16 Rose Hill turnovers. Rose Hill Christian shot 42.6% from the field including two of seven from beyond the arc. The Royals connected on seven of 11 free throws, grabbed 28 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 10 Oak Hills turnovers.
Erik Prosser led the victors with 23 points and nine rebounds. , 6-2 Jr. Ross Renken added 12 points. Justin Steigerwald chipped in with five points, seven rebounds, and six assists.
Dakotah Euton led Rose Hill Christian with 20 points and nine rebounds. Chad Jackson added 19 points including 15 points in the second half.

Note: Brentwood Academy was missing starting senior guards Bill Kottas and John Garrett. Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-5 Jr. Aaron Boyd, 5-11 Fr. Ge-Lawn Guyn, 6-6 Jr. Victor Moses, 5-11 So. Prince Stewart, and 5-8 Jr. Brian Nichols.
Brentwood Academy trailed by three points, 57-54, with 4:49 left in the game but Henry Clay pulled away to win by a score of 75-63. Henry Clay shot 58% from the field including a sizzling 72.7% (8 of 11) from the three point line. The Blue Devils connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 15 Brentwood Academy turnovers. Brentwood Academy shot 41.8% from the field including nine of 19 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on eight of 14 free throws, grabbed 25 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 18 Henry Clay turnovers.
Victor Moses led Henry Clay with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Ge-Lawn Guyn and Prince Stewart added 15 and 13 points respectively. Prince Stewart was three of four from beyond the arc. 6-0 Sr. Travis Bowman recorded seven points and eight assists.
Jacob Stallings led Brentwood Academy with 19 points including five three point baskets. Brandon Brown added 15 points. Brian Wright chipped in with nine points and 10 rebounds.

Lexington Catholic jumped out to an early lead and substituted liberally in a 70-37 victory over The O誰eal School. Fourteen players cracked the scoring column for Lexington Catholic.
The victors shot 46.6% from the field including nine of 22 from the three point line. The Knights connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 22 O誰eal turnovers. Lexington Catholic held a 26-13 advantage in bench scoring.
The O誰eal School shot 31.4% from the field including four of nine from the three point line. The Falcons connected on 11 of 19 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 14 Lexington Catholic turnovers.
Jordan Smart led the victors with 14 points including four three point baskets. Nathan Novosel added 12 points and nine rebounds. Michael McGowan led The O誰eal School with 12 points.

Lexington Catholic utilized a balanced scoring attack and a 23-4 scoring advantage in the final quarter to defeat The Ensworth School 72-42. The victors shot 49.1% from the field including seven of 12 from the three point line. The Lady Knights connected on nine of 11 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 16 Ensworth turnovers. The Ensworth School shot 30.2% from the field including five of 22 from beyond the arc. The Lady Tigers connected on five of seven free throws, grabbed 27 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 14 Lexington Catholic turnovers.
Maggie Wilson led Lexington Catholic with 18 points, including three of three from beyond the arc. Keyla Snowden added 16 points and six rebounds. Natalie Novosel chipped in with 14 points. Briana Green recorded 11 points, seven assists, and five steals. Kellie Cash also had a very productive game with six points, seven rebounds, and six assists.
Emily Perkins led The Ensworth School with 13 points. Jamie Allsmiller and Nakia Lang added eight and seven points respectively. Allsmiller and Lang also pulled down six and five rebounds respectively.
