The 12th Region All-Stars nipped the 13th Region All-Stars by a score of 91-89. The victors shot 42.5% from the field including eight of 29 from beyond the arc. They were an ice-cold one of 15 from beyond the arc in the first half but found the range in the second half and connected on seven of 14 from long range. The 12th Region All-Stars connected on nine of 15 free throws and pulled down 59 rebounds. The 13th Region All-Stars shot 38.6% from the field including eight of 31 from the three point line. They connected on 13 of 18 free throws and grabbed 49 rebounds. The 12th Region All-Stars held a 20-10 advantage in second chance points.
The victors were led by Noah Keeton with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Christian Williams, Matt Whitley, and Adam Wallen also reached double figures with 14, 14, and 12 points respectively. Jacob Gregory pulled down nine rebounds and captured the slam dunk contest.
The 13th Region All-Stars were led by Desmond Johnson with 20 points and nine rebounds. Nick Brumback and Cody Messer added 17 and 11 points respectively. Dustin Warren captured the three point shooting contest.

A special thanks to Roscoe Denney for providing me the program and stats for this event in memory of Gene Lowe. Mr Denney recently received another honor as he was inducted into the 12th Region Hall of Fame for the second time in his distinguished career. He was inducted the first time as a contributor and on May 28, 2007, he was inducted as a coach. Eleven people were inducted at this time as either contributors, players, or coaches. This year’s inductees were Jesse Flynn, Joe Lindsey, Joe Shearer, Doug Eads, Todd Wood, Shane Blevins, Roscoe Denney, Jack Cupp, Sam Karr, Raymond Cox, and Jack Adams.
