Congratulations to Lexington Catholic Coach Jeff Hans and the rest of the athletic staff for putting together such a first class event. Also, congratulations to Coach Hans and the Lady Knights on capturing the tourney title over a formidable group of challengers. Lexington Catholic, along with several other teams in this field are capable of competing for the state championship in March. I enjoyed seeing the individual talent on display this week and am confident that many of them will perform well at the college level. The stats presented in this write-up were from scorebooks and from several computer stat crews. Although this is not necessarily official stats, the numbers should be close.
A special thanks to Lexington Catholic stats crew Glenn Gentry and Gary Long, Bob Tonini of Sacred Heart Academy, and all the other stat crews who were kind enough to provide me with stats for the games.
