Madison Southern (13-13) vs. Scott County (26-3)
Madison Southern coach Shane Buttry started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Joey Wallace, 6-0 So. Aaron Ponder, 6-3 Jr. Jimmy Freel, 5-8 Jr. Chastain Schneider, and 5-9 Jr. Carrington Roberts. Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-8 Jr. Dakotah Euton, 6-3 Fr. Tamron Manning, 6-8 Sr. Richie Phares, 6-2 Jr. Ge-Lawn Guyn, and 6-4 Jr. Chad Jackson.
Scott County raced out to a 39-16 halftime lead on their way to a 77-47 victory over Madison Southern. Fifteen players saw action for Scott County and eleven cracked the scoring column.
Scott County shot 52.9% from the field including two of 10 from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on three of eight free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 26 points off 25 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 43.5% from the field including one of eight from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on six of 14 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 17 Scott County turnovers.
Chad Jackson and Richie Phares led Scott County with 16 points each with each going eight of 10 from the field. Ge-Lawn Guyn added 13 points. Dakotah Euton pulled down a team-high nine rebounds.
Joey Wallace led Madison Southern with 17 points and nine rebounds. Carrington Roberts added 13 points, six rebounds, and five assists.

Lafayette (10-18) vs. Franklin County (21-4)
Lafayette coach Damon Kelley started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Tyler Barber, 6-3 Jr. Micah Miller, 6-2 Jr. Tanner Napier, 5-11 Jr. Mike Walker, and 5-8 Jr. Wells Lawless. Franklin County coach Scott Chalk countered with 6-6 Sr. Ryan Conner, 6-3 Jr. Vance Hall, 6-8 Sr. Andy Donovan, 6-0 Sr. Deron Hicks, and 6-3 Sr. Barrett Meyer.
Lafayette upset Franklin County 60-58 despite only connecting on 11 of 23 free throws. Lafayette shot 52.4% from the field including five of 12 from the three point line. The Generals pulled down 23 rebounds and scored 13 points off 13 Franklin County turnovers. Franklin County shot 41.2% from the field including four of 13 from beyond the arc. The Flyers connected on 12 of 16 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 14 Lafayette turnovers.
Mike Walker led Lafayette with 24 points including thee three point baskets. Walker also pulled down seven rebounds. 6-1 So. Dee Yarbrough and Tanner Napier added 12 and 10 points respectively.
Vance Hall led Franklin County with 20 points. Barrett Meyer added 12 points including three three point baskets. Ryan Conner pulled down a game-high eight rebounds.

Western Hills (13-12) vs. Madison Central (18-11)
Western Hills coach Enoch Welch started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. J.T. Riddle, 6-4 Sr. Marcus Wise, 6-8 Sr. Mike Satterwhite, 6-0 Sr. Cameron Lee, and 5-10 Sr. Nolan McGaughey. Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus Jr. countered with 6-1 Sr. Keshawn Simpson, 6-2 Sr. Vince Clay, 6-1 Sr. Jaquentin Jenkins, 6-0 So. Brenton Covington, and 5-7 Sr. Tyler Mays.
Madison Central scored 25 points off 24 Western Hills turnovers in a 70-52 victory. Madison Central shot 45.3% from the field including eight of 14 from the three point line. The Indians connected on 14 of 18 free throws and pulled down 28 rebounds. Madison Central held a 24-0 advantage in bench scoring. Western Hills shot 35.7% from the field including zero of two from beyond the arc. The Wolverines connected on 22 of 25 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 16 Madison Central turnovers.
Brenton Covington led Madison Central with 19 points. Covington was eight of eight from the field including one three point basket and two of two from the free throw line. 6-2 Sr. Terry Jarvis added 17 points including three three point baskets. Vince Clay recorded 11 points including three three point baskets.
J.T. Riddle led Western Hills led Western Hills with 21 points including 13 of 14 from the free throw line. Marcus Wise added 12 points. Mike Satterwhite chipped in with seven points and eight rebounds.

Henry Clay (17-14) vs. Lexington Catholic (22-7)
Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-1 So. Trey Stewart, 6-4 So. Daniel Kiesling, 6-3 Sr. T.J. Barnes, 5-8 Jr. Marquel Johnson, and 6-0 Sr. Prince Stewart. Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-4 So. Taylor Martin, 6-3 So. Scott Schuette, 6-7 Jr. Tanner Peurach, 6-3 Sr. Vee Sanford, and 6-3 Sr. Taylor Botkin.
Lexington Catholic led 24-10 after the first quarter but had to survive a furious rally by Henry Clay to earn a 65-62 victory. Henry Clay gave an excellent effort despite the loss of Prince Stewart who was limited to 9:12 minutes because of an injury suffered in the second quarter.
Lexington Catholic shot 58.3% from the field including seven of 13 from the three point line. The Knights connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 18 Henry Clay turnovers. Henry Clay shot 45.5% from the field including six of 15 from beyond the arc. The Blue Devils connected on six of 13 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 19 Lexington Catholic turnovers. Henry Clay attempted 19 more shots (55-36) from the field than Lexington Catholic.
Taylor Botkin led Lexington Catholic with 22 points including three three point baskets and pulled down nine rebounds. Vee Sanford and Taylor Martin added 12 points each.
T.J. Barnes led Henry Clay with 18 points and 13 rebounds. 5-11 So. Brandon Wilder added 15 points including three three point baskets. 5-5 Fr. Wes Kimball chipped in with 11 points and six assists.

Lafayette (11-18) vs. Scott County (27-3) (Semifinal)
Lafayette coach Damon Kelley started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Tyler Barber, 6-3 Jr. Micah Miller, 6-2 Jr. Tanner Napier, 5-11 Jr. Mike Walker, and 5-8 Jr. Wells Lawless. . Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-8 Jr. Dakotah Euton, 6-3 Fr. Tamron Manning, 6-8 Sr. Richie Phares, 6-2 Jr. Ge-Lawn Guyn, and 6-4 Jr. Chad Jackson.
Scott County trailed 51-50 after three quarters but outscored Lafayette 28-17 in the final quarter to earn a78-68 victory. The victory proved to be costly for Scott County as Richie Phares went down in the second quarter with what was later diagnosed as a torn ACL.
Scott County shot 55.3% from the field including zero of four from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on 26 of 39 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 14 Lafayette turnovers. Lafayette shot 35.3% from the field including five of 20 from beyond the arc. The Generals connected on 15 of 19 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 17 Scott County turnovers. Lafayette held a 28-13 advantage in bench scoring.
Dakotah Euton led Scott County with 25 points including 13 of 15 free throws and pulled down eight rebounds. Ge-Lawn Guyn added 15 points. Chad Jackson chipped in with 11 points and seven rebounds. 6-1 Fr. Isiah Ivey also reached double figures with 11 points.
Mike Walker led Lafayette with 18 points including two three point baskets. Tanner Napier added a6 points including two three point baskets. 6-1 So. Dee Yarbrough chipped in with 10 points.

Lexington Catholic took a 25-6 lead after the first quarter on their way to a 75-62 victory over Madison Central. Lexington Catholic shot 52.6% from the field including five of 10 from the three point line. The Knights connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 21 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 38,5% from the field including five of 14 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on 17 of 27 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 14 Lexington Catholic turnovers.
Vee Sanford led Lexington Catholic with 30 points and six rebounds. Taylor Botkin added 16 points and six rebounds. Scott Schuette chipped in with 11 points including three three point baskets.
Tyler Mays led Madison Central with 20 points. Keshawn Simpson added 16 points and nine rebounds. Vince Clay recorded 10 points including three three point baskets.

Lexington Catholic (24-7) vs. Scott County (28-3) (Championship)
Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman started the following lineup: 6-4 So. Taylor Martin, 6-3 So. Scott Schuette, 6-7 Jr. Tanner Peurach, 6-3 Sr. Vee Sanford, and 6-3 Sr. Taylor Botkin. Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-8 Jr. Dakotah Euton, 6-3 Fr. Tamron Manning, 6-1 Fr. Isiah Ivey, 6-2 Jr. Ge-Lawn Guyn, and 6-4 Jr. Chad Jackson.
Taylor Martin hit two free throws in the closing seconds to give Lexington Catholic a 68-67 victory over Scott County. The Cardinals were without the services of Richie Phares who was diagnosed with a torn ACL suffered in the semifinal victory over Lafayette. This game was another typical classic between two of the traditional basketball powers in the state.
Lexington Catholic shot 47.5% from the field including five of 14 from the three point line. The Knights connected on seven of 12 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 17 Scott County turnovers. Scott County shot 45.3% from the field including seven of 13 from beyond the aec. The Cardinals connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 11 Lexington Catholic turnovers.
Vee Sanford led Lexington Catholic with 26 points. Taylor Botkin and 6-0 Fr. Jaylen Beckham added 10 points each. Tanner Peurach chipped in with six points and eight blocked shots.
Ge-Lawn Guyn led Scott County with 31 points including three three point baskets. Chad Jackson added 16 points and nine rebounds. Dakotah Euton recorded 13 points and 13 rebounds.
