Madisonville-North Hopkins defeated Scott County 77-74 in overtime. The victors shot 43.8% from the field including four of 10 from the three point line. The Lady Maroons connected on 17 of 24 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 21 Scott County turnovers. Scott County shot 43.3% from the field including two of 10 from beyond the arc. The Lady Cardinals connected on 20 of 34 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 22 Madisonville-North Hopkins turnovers.
Lyndi Tedder led the victors with 23 points including three three point baskets. Tayla Foster added 20 points and 10 rebounds. Kenyatta Drake recorded 18 points and six rebounds.
Madisen Webb led Scott County with 31 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists. Kristen Stainback added 21 points. Alex McKenzie chipped in with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Montgomery County held off North Laurel down the stretch to earn a 61-57 victory. Montgomery County led 47-24 in the third quarter but North Laurel outscored Montgomery County 33-14 the rest of the way to make the game close.

The Lady Indians connected on six of six free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 24 North Laurel turnovers. North Laurel shot 47.9% from the field including two of seven from beyond the arc. The Lady Jaguars connected on nine of nine free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 21 Montgomery County turnovers.
Elizabeth Prewitt Led Montgomery County with 15 points including three three point baskets. Mary Jehlik, 5-10 Jr. Annie Garland, and Kayla Webb added 14, 13, and 10 points respectively.

Lindsay Stamp led Mercyhurst Prep with 26 points including five three point baskets and pulled down seven rebounds. Kirsten Olowinski added 17 points, 13 rebounds, and three blocked shots. Amanda Berchtold chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds.
Stephanie Salyers led Southwestern with 24 points and eight rebounds. Danay Fothergill added 21 points including four three point baskets. Devin Fothergill recorded 14 points, nine assists, and four steals.

The Lady Lakers connected on 19 of 29 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 19 Southwestern turnovers. Southwestern shot 40% from the field including seven of 24 from beyond the arc. Southwestern defeated Scott County 58-49 in overtime. Southwestern led 41-25 in the third quarter but Scott County outscored the Lady Warriors 24-8 down the stretch to force overtime. However Scott County went scoreless in overtime and Southwestern claimed the victory.
Southwestern shot 34.5% from the field including six of 23 from the three point line. The Lady Warriors connected on 12 of 19 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 14 Scott County turnovers. Scott County shot 34.4% from the field including three of 13 from beyond the arc. The Lady Cardinals connected on four of 11 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored eight points off 13 Southwestern turnovers.
