Tates Creek coach Tina Winn started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Myra Brown, 5-7 Jr. Hannah Hamill, 5-10 Jr. Hayley Blackburn, 5-4 so. Tyanne Bentley, and 5-4 Fr. J’Lyn Martin.  Harrison County coach Kim Furnish countered with 6-0 Fr. Taylor Reffett, 5-10 Sr. Haley Perkins, 6-0 Sr. Jordan Doram, 5-6 Jr. Chelsea Ingram, and 5-9 So. Madison Philpott.

 

Harrison County defeated Tates Creek by a score of 61-38.  Harrison County shot 44.6% from the field including seven of 16 from the three point line.  The Fillies connected on four of seven free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 17 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 33.3% from the field including two of eight from beyond the arc.  The Lady Commodores connected on four of 14 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored five points off 10 Harrison County turnovers.

 

Jordan Doram led Harrison County with 27 points and five rebounds.  Doram was 12 of 16 from the field and three of five from the free throw line.  Chelsea Ingram added 12 points on four three point baskets.  Madison Philpott also scored 12 points including three three point baskets.

 

J’Lyn Martin led Tates Creek with 16 points and seven rebounds.  Myra Brown added eight points.  Hannah Hamill also pulled down seven rebounds.

Mason County raced out to a 29-2 first quarter lead on their way to a 56-14 victory over South Laurel.  Mason County shot 45.3% from the field including three of nine from the three point line.  The Lady Royals connected on five of 10 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 33 points off 30 South Laurel turnovers.  South Laurel shot 9.09% from the field including zero of four from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored four points off 14 Mason County turnovers.

 

5-9 Fr. Briana McNutt led the victors with 14 points and four rebounds.  Alivia Bierley added eight points and seven rebounds.  Cara Green recorded eight points and five rebounds.

Franklin County defeated Ryle by a score of 55-40.  Franklin County shot 38.65 from the field including four of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Flyers connected on seven of 11 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 20 Ryle turnovers.  Ryle shot 31.45 from the field including four of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Raiders connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 18 Franklin County turnovers.

 

Malaka Frank led a balanced Franklin County scoring attack with 11 points, six rebounds, four assists, and four steals.  Rebecca Cook added 11 points and seven rebounds.  Nannilena White recorded 11 points and five rebounds.  Princess Stewart chipped in with 10 points and five rebounds.

 

Madison Jones led Ryle with 13 points.  MacKenzie Senvisky added 11 points, six rebounds, and three steals.  Carly Lange recorded seven points and five rebounds.  Mallory Schwartz pulled down seven rebounds and dished out four assists.

Lincoln County came from behind to defeat Henry Clay by a score of 39-38.  Lincoln County shot 37.5% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line.  The Lady Patriots connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 22 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 27.3% from the field including one of eight from beyond the arc.  The Lady Devils connected on seven of 15 free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 20 Lincoln County turnovers.

 

Tiandra Hocker led Lincoln County with 15 points.  Caitlin Hall added eight points and six rebounds.  Cristin Hall recorded eight points and four steals.

Haley Hall led East Carter with 13 points, five assists, and three steals.  Megan Stickler added 11 points and five rebounds.  Kristen Mayo chipped in with nine points and three steals.  5-9 Jr. Kaylee Limings recorded eight points and seven rebounds.

Darien Huff led Elizabethtown with 21 points including three three point baskets, three assists, and three steals.  Erin Boley added 15 points and nine rebounds.  Rachel Warden chipped in with nine points.  Reauna Cleaver recorded eight points, 11 rebounds, four assists, and six blocked shots.  Livie Bowling added seven points, six rebounds, and 11 assists.

Morgan Turner led Meade County with 31 points including three three point baskets and 17 rebounds.  Raley Johnson added 18 points and eight rebounds.
