There were eighteen teams entered in this tournament. They were placed into five pools as follows: Pool A: Bardstown, RW Combs, Northern Pulaski, and Wayne County. Pool B: Meece, Elkhorn, Casey County, and Jackson County. Pool C: Campbell, Southern Pulaski, and Valley Elementary. Pool D: Rockcastle County, Anderson County, and JCTMS. Pool E: Eastside, Mason County, Lincoln County, and Whitley County.

Championship |
Lincoln County coached by Darin Lane, Rebecca Shearer, and Brad Petrey finished the season with a 33-0 record and the state title at the KBA. Lincoln County had already captured the Salt River Conference regular season title and the tournament championship. Members of the team include Brianna Johnson, Alyvia Taylor, Ally Lynn, Abby Lane, Faith Moore, Kelby Petrey, Haylee Griffin, Madison Griffin, Haleigh Ellison, Michaela Tracy, Keri Kidd, Maddie Slone, Shelby Horn, and Claudia Padgett.
Brianna Johnson was named the Tournament Most Outstanding Player.
