There were 19 teams entered in this tournament placed into six pools as follows: Pool A: Dorton, Old KY Home, and Lincoln County, Pool B: Elkhorn, Trimble County, and Monroe County, Pool C: Foley, Southern Pulaski, and Middlesboro, Pool D: Leestown, Rockcastle County, and Menifee County, Pool E: King, Valley, and West Carter, and Pool F: Meece, RW Combs, Whitley County, and Mason County.

6th Grade All Tournament 1st Team – Timberlynn Yeast (King), Ayden Smiddly (Southern Pulaski), Kelsey Owens (Dorton), Courtney Hoskins (RW Combs), and Kristen Whited (Valley).
6th Grade All Tournament 2nd Team – Payton Acey (Meece), Ella Massingille (Monroe County), Ann Kate Drakeford (King), Paisley Ford (Monroe County), and Hallie Brown (Rockcastle County).
Rockcastle County captured the championship with a 5-0 record. They won their pool games by scores of 46-4 over Leestown and 41-19 over Menifee County. They opened their tournament play with a 33-13 victory over Old KY Home and captured a close 40-38 semifinal victory over RW Combs. Rockcastle County captured the championship with a 46-36 victory over King. King finished as runner-up with a 4-1 record. Dorton captured the Gold Division Championship with a 40-38 victory over Meece.
