There were 24 teams entered in this tournament and were placed into eight pools as follows: Pool A: Robert Campbell Junior High, Mt. Washington, and Old KY Home, Pool B: Anderson County, McNabb, and Walton-Verona, Pool C: Barbourville, Eastside, and Lincoln County, Pool D: Southern Pulaski, Morgan County, and Leestown Middle, Pool E: Edyth J. Hayes Middle, Mason County, and Meece, Pool F: Georgetown, Jackson County, Campbellsville, and Valley, Pool G: Casey County, Elkhorn, North Laurel, and Wayne County, and Pool H: Frankfort Elite.

All Tournament Team 1st Team – Alyssa Elswick (Valley), Patience Laster (Elkhorn), Kylie Foreman (Southern Pulaski), Hayley Ranalli (Mt. Washington), and Jaylen Coomer (Meece)
All Tournament Team 2nd Team – Emma Egan (Eastside), Kadence Walls (Old KY Home), Jalee Yocum (Casey County), Madison Belt (Jackson County), and Emily Sizemore (North Laurel).
Valley captured the championship and rolled through the competition with a 6-0 record. They won their pool games with a 47-25 victory over Jackson County and had a forfeit victory over Campbellsville. Valley opened tournament play with a 60-27 victory over Morgan County and defeated Eastside 50-27 in a quarterfinal game. Valley defeated Mason County 43-19 in a semifinal contest and defeated Southern Pulaski 47-16 in the championship game. Southern Pulaski was the runner-up and finished the week with a 5-1 record. Mt. Washington captured the Gold Bracket Championship with a 40-13 victory over Barbourville.
