2017 KBA 11^th Region Boys State Tournament

6^th , 7^th, and 8^th Grade Divisions

6^th Grade Division – There were seven teams entered in this division.  They were placed into two pools as follows:  Pool A: Edythe J. Hayes, Georgetown Middle, Beaumont, and Tates Creek, and Pool B: Lexington Christian Academy, Leestown, and Morton.

7^th Grade Division – They were nine teams entered in this division.  They were placed into two pools as follows: Pool A: Lexington Christian Academy, Georgetown Middle, Morton, and Leestown, and Pool B: LTMS, Edythe J. Hayes, Tates Creek, Scott County Middle, and Beaumont.

8^th Grade Division – There were nine teams entered in this division.  They were placed into two pools as follows:  Pool A: Georgetown Middle, LTMS, Morton, and Edythe J. Hayes, and Pool B: Lexington Christian Academy, Leestown, Scott County Middle, Tates Creek, and Beaumont.

Morton captured the 6^th Grade Championship and went 5-0 for the tournament.  Beaumont won the 7^th Grade Championship and also went 5-0 for the tournament.  Edythe J. Hayes captured the 8^th Grade Championship and finished the tournament with a 5-0 record.
