There were eight teams entered in the freshman division. They were placed into two pools as follows: Pool A: Floyd Central, Lexington Catholic, Scott County, and Model. And Pool B: Southwestern, Lexington Christian Academy, Lafayette, and Tates Creek.
There were ten teams entered in this division. They were placed into two pools as follows: Pool A: Pikeville, Paul Laurence Dunbar, George Rogers Clark, Scott County, and Southwestern and Pool B: Floyd Central, Harlan County, West Jessamine, Tates creek, and Lexington Catholic.
There were fourteen teams entered in the varsity division. They were placed into three pools as follows: Pool A; Harlan County, Johnson Central, Mercer County, Pikeville, and Tates Creek, Pool B: Floyd Central, West Jessamine, Paul Laurence Dunbar, Southwestern, and George Rogers Clark, and Pool C: Bath County, Harlan Independent, McLean County, and Lexington Christian Academy.

Floyd Central 61 Southwestern 39 (Semifinal) – Colby Fugate led Floyd Central with 23 points including four three point baskets. Laikan Nazario and Ethan Meadows led Southwestern with 12 and 10 points respectively.
Freshman Division (Championship Bracket)
Scott County 39 Lexington Christian Academy 30 (Semifinal) – Gabe Lesley led Scott County with 12 points. Aden Foster and Chase Grisby added nine and eight points respectively. Carter Fischer led LCA with 14 points. Jackson Newman added 11 points including three three point baskets.
Lexington Catholic 34 Scott County 32 (Championship) – Carson Caudill scored on a put back at the buzzer to give Lexington Catholic the victory. Jack Huckaby and Odeh Mashni led Lexington Catholic with nine and seven points respectively. Gabe Lesley led Scott County with 12 points.
Junior Varsity Division (Gold Bracket)
Southwestern 50 Floyd Central 32 (Semifinal) – Cole Dysinger led Southwestern with 16 points. Andrew Smith added 13 points including three three point baskets. Peyton Tackett and Alex Pace led Floyd Central with 12 and 10 points respectively.
Paul Laurence Dunbar 38 West Jessamine 32 (Semifinal) – Rodrell Dryden led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 16 points. Brandon Childers and Jay Dilby led West Jessamine with eight points each.
Southwestern 58 Paul Laurence Dunbar 21 (Championship) – Cole Dysinger led Southwestern with 16 points. Andrew Smith, Braden Sims, Chase Eastham, and Cameron Pierce each scored eight points. Rodrell Dryden led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 10 points.
Junior Varsity Division (Championship Bracket)
George Rogers Clark 43 Pikeville 34 (Quarterfinal) – Jared Wellman and Nitavious Thomas led George Rogers Clark with 14 and 12 points respectively. Lathan Hall led Pikeville with 15 points.
Lexington Catholic 55 Harlan County 40 (Quarterfinal) – Peyton Pelfrey and Luke Wedding led Lexington Catholic with 13 and 11 points respectively. Taylor Spurlock and Tyler Cole led Harlan County with 14 and 10 points respectively.
George Rogers Clark 58 Scott County 37 (Semifinal) – Jared Wellman, KJ Rucker, and Nitavious Thomas led George Rogers Clark with 19, 11, and 10 points respectively. KJ Tucker and Phillip Garner led Scott County with 11 and eight points respectively.
Lexington Catholic 46 Tates Creek 45 (Semifinal) – Lexington Catholic survived a furious rally by Tates Creek to earn the victory. Jackson Smith, Luke Wedding, and Nathan Vick led Lexington Catholic with 13, 10, and nine points respectively. Myles Morones led Tates Creek with 15 points on five three point baskets. JJ Williams and Mikaleib Coffey added 12 and 10 points respectively.
George Rogers Clark 46 Lexington Catholic 34 (Championship) – Jared Wellman and Hunter Helderman led George Rogers Clark with 18 and nine points respectively. Jackson Smith continues his stellar play for Lexington Catholic and scored 18 points with several rebounds.
Varsity Division (Gold Bracket)
Paul Laurence Dunbar 53 Tates Creek 48 (Quarterfinal) – JaQuice Gray and Trevor Rodgers led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 16 and 15 points respectively. DeMarrion Wilson led Tates Creek with 14 points.
Paul Laurence Dunbar 61 Pikeville 42 (Semifinal) – Trevor Rodgers, Michael Corio, and JaQuon Gray led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 17, 13, and 10 points respectively. Kyle Watkins led Pikeville with 13 points including three three point baskets. Evan Rhodes added 10 points.
Floyd Central 69 McLean County 49 (Semifinal) – Dylan Caudill, JR Tackett, Brady Conn, and Ethan Mills led Floyd Central with 11, 10, nine, and nine points respectively. Logan Patterson led McLean County with 17 points.
Floyd Central 49 Paul Laurence Dunbar 28 (Championship) – Brady Conn led Floyd Central with 19 points. Cam Nielsen added nine points. Will Hairston and Trevor Rodgers led Paul Laurence Dunbar with six points each.
Varsity Division (Championship Bracket)
West Jessamine 75 Bath County 64 – Chance McCullough and Kyle Anderson led West Jessamine with 20 and 17 points respectively. Dalton Bruner added 16 points including four three point baskets. Tyler Brown, Chandler Otis, and Austin Reed led Bath County with 15, 14, and 13 points respectively.
West Jessamine 64 Johnson Central 56 (Quarterfinal) – Dalton Bruner led West Jessamine with 31 points. Drew Cook added 15 points. Jacob Pace and Isaiah May led Johnson Central with 24 and 19 points respectively.
George Rogers Clark 64 Harlan Independent 23 (Quarterfinal) – Tydarius Clark, Brennan Canada, Will Philpot, Isaiah Noland, and Chase Taylor led George Rogers Clark with 14, 12, 11, 11, and 10 points respectively. Jacob Wilson led Harlan Independent with nine points.
Southwestern 74 Harlan County 53 (Quarterfinal) – Hunter Stevens, Jon Gallagher, and Logan Dykes led Southwestern with 26, 15, and 14 points respectively. Ty Simmons led Harlan County with 18 points.
Lexington Christian Academy 70 Mercer County 34 (Quarterfinal) – Kyle Rode led LCA with 26 points including three three point baskets. Austin Hall and Carter Hendricksen added 14 and 12 points respectively. Trevon Faulkner and Kaelin Drakeford led Mercer County with 10 and seven points respectively.
George Rogers Clark 63 West Jessamine 46 (Semifinal) – Brennan Canada and Jordan Graham led George Rogers Clark with 16 and 12 points respectively. Dalton Bruner, Chance McCullough, and Drew Cook led West Jessamine with 11, 10, and 10 points respectively.
Lexington Christian Academy 70 West Jessamine 66 (Semifinal) – Carter Hendricksen led LCA with 34 points including five three point baskets. Kyle Rode added 23 points. Hunter Stevens led Southwestern with 33 points including five three point baskets.
Lexington Christian Academy 53 George Rogers Clark 48 (Championship) – Lexington Christian Academy got a big defensive stop and rebound in the closing seconds by Austin Hall to preserve the victory. Carter Hendricksen, Kyle Rode, and Austin Hall led the victors with 20, 19, and 14 points respectively. Jordan Graham and Will Philpot led George Rogers Clark with 11 and 10 points respectively. Brennan Canada added nine points on three three point baskets.
