Vincennes Rivet (26-2) vs. Marquette Catholic (26-2) Class A
Vincennes Rivet coach Rick Marshall started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Molly Niehaus, 5-10 So. Tia Tolbert, 6-0 Jr. Grace Waggoner, 5-3 So. Macee Hamilton, and 5-4 Sr. Megan Niehaus. Marquette Catholic coach Katie Collington countered with 6-1 Jr. Sophia Nolan, 5-7 Sr. Mackenzie Marovich, 6-1 Jr. Emma Nolan, 5-3 Jr. Emmery Joseph, and 5-3 Jr. Morgan Crook.
Marquette Catholic defeated Vincennes Rivet 38-31 to capture its first state championship in the school’s history. Vincennes Rivet took an 11-6 lead after the first quarter but was only one of 10 from the field in the second quarter allowing Marquette Catholic to take a 17-13 halftime lead. Vincennes Rivet rallied to tie the game at 31-31 but Marquette Catholic finished the game on a 7-0 run to earn the victory. There were three ties and four lead changes in this game.
Marquette Catholic shot 38.1% from the field including three of 15 from the three point line. The Blazers connected on three of four free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 13 Vincennes Rivet turnovers. Vincennes Rivet shot 17.4% from the field including three of 16 from beyond the arc. The Patriots connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored eight points off 11 Marquette Catholic turnovers.
Sophia Nolan led Marquette Catholic with 12 points and seven rebounds. 5-7 Jr. Claire Salyer added nine points including two three point baskets and four rebounds. Emma Nolan recorded eight points and seven rebounds. Morgan Cook chipped in with five points and six assists. 5-8 So. Ally McConnell added five rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals.
Grace Waggoner led Vincennes Rivet with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Tia Tolbert added 11 points, eight rebounds, and two steals.

Winchester Community (26-2) vs. Central Noble (22-5) Class 2A
Winchester Community coach Holly Gutierrez started the following lineup: 6-0 So. Maddie Lawrence, 5-6 So. Becca Chamberlin, 6-3 Jr. Kira Robinson, 5-2 Jr. Hannah Graft, and 5-3 Jr. Sarah Graft. Central Noble coach John Treesh countered with 5-7 Jr. Sydney Freeman, 5-7 So. Sam Brumbaugh, 6-1 Jr. Meleah Leatherman, 5-5 Fr. Bridgette Gray, and 5-5 Sr. Calista Rice.
Central Noble trailed 25-19 at halftime but rallied to earn a 46-42 victory over Winchester Community. Sydney Freeman led the comeback with 11 of her 14 points after the intermission and scored a basket with 25 seconds remaining on the clock to ensure the victory. The score was tied three times and there were six lead changes on the team. Central Noble shot 38.1% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line. The Cougars connected on 11 of 14 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 14 Winchester Community turnovers. Winchester Community shot 28.6% from the field including five of 15 from beyond the arc. The Golden Falcons connected on nine of 16 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored six points off 15 Central Noble turnovers.
Sydney Freeman led Central Noble with 14 points, seven rebounds, two blocked shots, and six steals. Meleah Leatherman added 11 points, 12 rebounds, and two blocked shots. 5-5 Fr. Lydia Andrews recorded nine points, three rebounds, and two steals.
Maddie Lawrence led Winchester Community with 20 points including two three point baskets, eight rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Becca Chamberlin added eight points including two three point baskets and five rebounds. 6-0 Jr. Shelby Miller recorded eight points, five rebounds, and three blocked shots. Kira Robinson chipped in with four points, nine rebounds, six blocked shots, and two steals.

Greensburg coach Jason Simpson started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Rhegan Day, 5-7 Sr. Kyra Whitaker, 5-10 So. Aliyah Evans, 5-6 Sr. Bailey Meyer, and 5-6 Sr. Ashlynn Meyer. Northwestern coach Kathie Layden countered with 6-1 So. Madison Layden, 5-10 Jr. Taylor Boruff, 6-1 So. Kendall Bostic, 5-8 So. Klair Merrell, and 5-8 Sr. Sarah Vas.
Northwestern went on a 16-1 run in the second quarter to take control of the game on their way to a 63-42 victory over. Greensburg. Northwestern shot 50% from the field including three of six from the three point line. The Tigers connected on 14 of 21 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 21 Greensburg turnovers. Greensburg shot 31.9% from the field including three of 19 from beyond the arc. The Pirates connected on nine of 19 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 23 Northwestern turnovers.
6-1 Jr. Stephanie Burns led Northwestern with 17 points and eight rebounds. Burns was six of six from the field and five of seven from the free throw line. Kendall Bostic added 14 points, nine rebounds, and three blocked shots. Madison Layden recorded 13 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and six steals. Taylor Boruff chipped in with seven points, six rebounds, and three assists.
5-5 So. Micha Morrison led Greensburg with 12 points. Ashlynn Meyer added eight points. Kyra Whitaker recorded eight points, three rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Aliyah Evans pulled down seven rebounds.

Warren Central coach Stacy E. Mitchell started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Melody Johnson, 5-10 Sr. Maray Bell, 6-6 Jr. Cydni Dodd, 5-8 Jr. Shaila Beeler, and 5-9 Fr. K’ja Talley. Zionsville coach Andy Maguire countered with 6-0 Jr. Delaney Richason, 5-11 Fr. Katey Richason, 6-1 Jr. Megan Sheridan, 5-8 Sr. Kaylee Riggins, and 5-9 Jr. Maddie Nolan.
Shailia Beeler hit three free throws down the stretch to ensure Warren Central’s 50-46 victory over Zionsville. The score was tied 12 times and there were 11 lead changes in the contest. Warren Central shot 42.9% from the field including one of four from the three point line. The Warriors connected on 19 of 28 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored six points off 10 Zionsville turnovers. Zionsville shot 32.5% from the field including four of 12 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 16 of 18 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 10 points off six Warren Central turnovers.
Shaila Beeler led Warren Central with 21 points including 12 of 16 free throws. K’ja Talley added 14 points, four rebounds, and three steals. Melody Johnson chipped in with seven points and three rebounds. Cydni Dodd recorded four points, seven rebounds, and three blocked shots.
Maddie Nolan led Zionsville with 17 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Megan Sheridan added 15 points and four rebounds.
