3-Point Shootout (Girls) – Taylor Mikesell (Jackson, OH) won the three point shooting battle between the states.
3-Point Shootout (Boys) – Adam Kunkel (Cooper, KY) won the three point shooting battle between the states.
1-on-1 Competition (Girls) – Abby Prohaska (Lakota West, OH) defeated Molly Lockhart (Butler, KY) to win the title.
1-on-1 Competition (Boys) – Pete Nance (Revere, OH) defeated Skyelar Potter (Warren Central, KY) to win the title.
3-on-3 Championship (Girls) – Mashayla Cecil (Paul Laurence Dunbar, KY), Lexi Held (Cooper, KY), and Molly Lockhart (Butler, KY) defeated Naz Hillmon (Gilmour Academy, OH), Abby Prohaska (Lakota West, OH), and Alexis Starks (West Clermont, OH).
3-on-3 Championship (Boys) – Trevon Faulkner (Mercer County, KY), Gerald Gray (Pleasure Ridge Park, KY), and Curt Lewis (Valley, KY) defeated Pete Nance (Revere, OH), Dylan Swingle (Paint Valley, OH), and Darius Quisenberry (Wayne, OH).
Jaxson Hayes (Moeller, OH) won the dunk competition.

This all-star game, as usual utilizes the hockey-shift format. The fifteen players on each team were divided into three units, who rotated five minute shifts through the first three 10-minute quarters. The fourth quarter allows normal substitutions.
The first quarter ended in a 20-20 tie but Ohio opened the second quarter on a 20-3 run to take control of the game on their way to a 103-78 victory over their Kentucky counterparts. Ohio utilized excellent long range shooting (15 three point baskets) to fuel their victory.
Hailee Heidemann led Ohio with 17 points including four three point baskets and was named MVP for the Ohio team. Taylor Mikesell added 12 points on four three point baskets. Jasmine Hale and Kayla Whitehead each scored nine points.
Lexi Held led Kentucky with 10 points and was named their team MVP. Emmy Souder also scored 10 points. Shelby Harmeyer, Ally Niece, and Emma Davis added nine, eight, and eight points respectively.

Kentucky led 84-80 midway through the final quarter but Ohio rallied and pulled away late for a 99-90 victory. Deshon Parker and Byron Taylor led Ohio with 13 points and three three point baskets each. Justin Ahrens was named MVP for the Ohio team and scored 11 points including three three point baskets. Cameron Brooks-Harris also scored 11 points and Darius Quisenberry chipped in with 10 points. Jaxson Hayes added nine points, blocked several shots and was a force in the paint.
Adam Kunkel was named MVP for the Kentucky team and scored 14 points. Trevon Faulkner added 13 points. Detorrion Ware also reached double figures with 10 points.
