Louisville KY February 6th  -  Mercy raced out to a 17-4 lead in the second quarter but Sacred Heart rallied for a 54 -46 victory.  Sacred Heart outscored the Jaguars 34-22 in the second half.

Sacred Heart shot 35% from the field including four of 13 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on 22 of 32 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 24 Mercy turnovers.  Mercy shot 38.1% from the field including one of six from beyond the arc.  The Jaguars connected on 13 of 24 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 27 Sacred Heart turnovers.

5-6 Jr. Autumn Miller led Sacred Heart with 19 points including nine of 12 from the free throw line.  5-4 So. Maddie Peabody and 5-7 Jr. Leah Storch added 10 points each.  5-11 So. Morgan Clemons recorded six points and 16 rebounds. 

5-5 So. Lauren Faris led Mercy with 11 points.  5-8 So. Juliann Miller added eight points.  5-8 Jr. Malisa Cruz recorded seven points and eight rebounds.
