Scott County (5-1) at Bryan Station (5-1) October 9th

Scott County scored 13 unanswered points in the final quarter to earn a 37-25 victory over Bryan Station. 

Scott County recorded 23 first downs and 396 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized five times for 51 yards and lost a fumble.  Bryan Station recorded 16 first downs and 370 yards of total offense.  The Defenders were penalized six times for 58 yards, lost a fumble and had one pass intercepted.

Josh Walls led the Scott County ground game with 117 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries.  Brooks Barber carried the ball 17 times for 108 yards with a TD.  Marcus Hill recorded 73 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries.  Tevin Buffin completed one of six passes for 58 yards.  James Happy caught one pass for 58 yards.  Chris Ramsey led the defense with four solo and four assisted tackles.  Michael Weeks added four solo and two assisted tackles.  Weeks also intercepted a pass.Kicker Jay Willmott recorded five touchbacks in seven kickoffs tonight.

Tevin McCaden led Bryan Station's ground game with 252 yards and three touchdowns on 23 carries.  Chaz Mitchell carried the ball three times for 94 yards and a TD.  Michael Winkler completed seven of 16 passes for 45 yards with one interception.  Chaz Mitchell caught five passes for 23 yards.  Najee Calderon led the defense with 10 solo tackles.  Jordan Taylor added eight solo tackles.  Kris Bolton recorded seven solo and two assisted tackles.
