LCA coach Tommy Huston started the following lineup: 6-7 Sr. Will Evans, 6-3 Sr. Evan Stephens, 6-4 Sr. Charles Gullett, 5-7 Sr. Will Kindred, and 6-1 So. Taylor Barnette.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-8 Sr. Dakotah Euton, 6-3 So. Tamron Manning, 6-5 Tanner Shotwell, 6-3 Sr. Austin Flannery, and  6-4 Sr. Chad Jackson.

Soph. Taylor Barnette came up big tonight with 29 points as LCA captured a big 68-67 on-the-road upset victory over Scott County tonight.  LCA shot 45.7% from the field including eight of 17 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 18 of 29 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 20 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 45.3% from the field including six of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Cardinals connected on 13 of 21 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored nine points off 16 LCA turnovers.

Taylor Barnette led LCA with 29 points including 7 of 7 from the three point line.  6-1 Sr. Branden Burdette added 17 points. Evan Stephens chipped in with 12 points.  Will Evans recorded 10 points and 14 rebounds.

Chad Jackson led Scott County with 24 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and four steals.  Dakotah Euton added 16 points and 11 rebounds.  Tamron Manning chipped in with seven points and eight rebounds.  6-2 Sr. Ge-Lawn Guyn did not start tonight and was limited to 16 minutes of action reportedly due to tendonitis in his knees.
