Clark County coach Scott Humphrey started the following lineup: 6-8 Jr. Vinny Zollo, 6-7 Jr. Travis Purvis, 6-5 Jr. Corey Rogers, 6-0 Sr. Chase Kindred, and 6-6 Jr. Jaylen Daniel.  Lafayette coach Greg Coldiron countered with 6-1 Sr. Cameron Barber, 6-1 Sr. John Burton, 6-2 Sr. Domonique Hagans, 6-0 Sr. Eric Shaw, and 6-1 Sr. Mike Walker.

Clark County defeated Lafayette by a score of 83-69.  Clark County shot a blistering 67.4% from the field but shot 36 fewer shots from the field (82-46) than Lafayette.  Lafayette also scored 39 points off 28 Lafayette turnovers.  Clark County actually led by a score of 65-40 late in the third quarter.

Clark County shot 67.4% from the field including seven of 10 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 14 of 19 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored seven points off eight Lafayette turnovers.  Lafayette shot 32.9% from the field including six of 30 from beyond the arc.  The Generals connected on nine of 13 free throws and pulled down 30 rebounds.

Vinny Zollo led Clark County with 28 points, 14 rebounds, and five blocked shots.  Jaylen Daniel added 20 points and eight rebounds.  Travis Purvis chipped in with 18 points including four three point baskets.  Corey Rogers recorded 10 points and 13 rebounds.

Mike Walker led Lafayette with 22 points including two three point baskets.  6-0 Jr. D’Angelo Yarbrough added 15 points.  Domonique Hagans chipped in with 11 points and 10 rebounds.  6-4 Jr. Tanner Napier recorded 11 points including three three point baskets.
