Scott County pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Franklin County by a score of 74-56. Scott County shot 47.4% from the field including two of eight from beyond the arc. The Lady Cardinals connected on 18 of 22 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 19 Franklin County turnovers. Franklin County shot 31.5% from the field including two of seven from beyond the arc. The Lady Flyers connected on 20 of 32 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored four points off 12 Scott County turnovers.
5-10 Sr. Madison Webb led Scott County with 23 points and six assists. 5-10 Jr. Kristen Stainback added 20 points and six assists. 5-10 8th grader Tereka Guyn chipped in with 12 points. 5-9 Jr. Alex McKenzie recorded eight points and eight rebounds.
5-11 Sr. Andrea Howard led Franklin County with 23 points and 10 rebounds. 5-10 Sr. Chelsea Craig added 12 points and 10 rebounds. 5-6 Jr. Lacinda Hack chipped in with 10 points.
