Simon Kenton 21 Henry Clay 18 – QB Chad Lawrence ran for 154 yards and passed for 184 yards and two touchdowns to lead Simon Kenton to victory.
Lafayette 21 Clark County 9 – Marlon Johnson scored on a 76 yard punt return and Bubba Johnson ran for two TDs to lead Lafayette to victory.
Scott County 40 Oldham County – Josh Walls scored on a 64 yard run and a 70 yard pass reception and Kevo Edwards ran for three TDs to lead the Cardinals.
Tates Creek 33 Paul Dunbar 14 – Jontez Jones scored on a 45 yard pass reception, an 80 yard run, and a 40 yard interception return to lead the Commodores to victory.
Lexington Catholic 21 Madison Central 14 – James Maddox ran for 120 yards and a TD to lead the Knights to victory.

St. Xavier 14 Male 7 - Daylen Hall scored on a 4 yard run with 18 seconds left in the game to give St. Xavier the victory.
Henry County 45 Anderson County 42 – Henry County Lue Magness scored on runs of 10, 1, 2, and 4 yards and threw TD passes of 54 and 49 yards to lead Henry County. Anderson County RB Ethan Kelly ran for 259 yards and scored on runs of 15, 6, 31, 17, and 59 yards.

Seneca 40 DeSales 34 (OT) – QB DaMarcus Smith led Seneca with 381 yards and five touchdown passes on 20 of 33 completions.
Eastern 60 Fern creek 20 – Jon Davis carried the ball 19 times for 132 yards and four touchdowns to lead Eastern to victory.
Bell County 42 Johnson Central 18 – Corey Davenport led Bell County with 181 yards and TD runs of 4 and 21 yards.
Franklin County 20 Frankfort 12 – QB Zach Bowman threw TD passes of 77 and 5 yards and scored on a 2 yard run to lead the Flyers to victory.
