Scott County raced out to a 35-0 lead on their way to a 42-28 victory over Lafayette for their tenth consecutive victory.  Scott County recorded 14 first downs and 232 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized five times for 48 yards and lost one fumble.  Lafayette recorded 16 first downs and 395 yards of total offense.  The Generals were penalized 11 times for 72 yards and had three passes intercepted.

Dier. Dumphord led Scott County’s ground game with 45 yards on eight carries.  Ben Lawler completed six of seven passes for 129 yards and two touchdowns.  James Happy caught three passes for 84 yards and a touchdown.  Josh Walls caught a 17 yard TD pass.  Jay Willmott kicked off seven times with six touchbacks.  Blake Irvin led the defense with three solo and three assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totalling eight yards.  JT True added four solo tackles.  Avery Ford and DeShaud Gilkey each recorded three solo and one assisted tackles.

Zane Ramey led Lafayette’s ground attack with 64 yards on four carries.  Bubba Johnson carried the bsll 12 times for 50 yards and a touchdown.  Matt Britt completed 14 of 33 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns with three interceptions.  Tanner Napier caught six passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns.  Bruce Robinson led the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 10 yards.  Darius Johnson added five solo and one assisted tackles.  Trey Benson recorded four solo tackles, one assisted tackle, and recovered a fumble.  Three of his tackles resulted in losses totalling 15 yards.
