Franklin County coach Scott Chalk started the following lineup:  6-3 Sr. Will Bell, 6-3 Jr. Eric Meyer, 6-5 Jr. Garrett Hamilton, 5-10 Sr. Logan Clouse, and 5-10 So. Ryan Timmons.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Tommy Huston countered with 6-1 Jr. Patrick Nickodem, 6-2 Sr. Joe Duncan, 6-4 So. Jon Lannertone, 5-10 Sr. Carter Helton, and 6-2 Jr. Taylor Barnette.

Lexington County rallied from a 22-11 first quarter deficit to defeat Franklin County 52-43.  LCA trailed 30-27 at halftime but held a 45-37 lead after three quarters.  Franklin County shot 47.6% from the field in the first half but could only manage 15.4% from the field in the second half.

LCA shot 33.3% from the field including six of 21 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 16 of 22 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 11 points off  17 Franklin County turnovers.  Franklin County shot 29.8% from the field including five of 24 from beyond the arc.  The Flyers connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 13 LCA turnovers.

Taylor Barnette led LCA with 21 points including three three point baskets and pulled down 11 rebounds.  Carter Helton and Patrick Nickodem each scored nine points.

Eric Meyer led Franklin County with 17 points including four three point baskets.  Garrett Hamilton added nine points and six rebounds.
