Simon Kenton coach Jeff Stowers started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Kayla Blevins, 5-4 Jr. Hannah Stephenson, 5-10 So. Kaitlyn Morrison, 5-2 Fr. Abby Owings, and 5-3 Sr. Sydni Wainscott.  Madison Central coach Robbie Cooksey countered with 5-11 So. Ashton Feldhaus, 5-9 Sr. Jenna Cornelison, 5-10 Jr. Kristin Congleton, 5-6 Sr. Erika Parks, and 5-5 So. Larryn Brooks.

Madison Central defeated Simon Kenton by a score of 57-37.  The second and fourth quarters proved to be disasterous for Simon Kenton as Madison Central held a 13-3 advantage in the second quarter and a 19-4 advantage in the fourth quarter. 

Madison Central shot 48% from the field including two of 10 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on seven of 11 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored six points off 13 Simon Kenton turnovers.  Simon Kenton shot 22.2% from the field including five of 24 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Pioneers connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored seven points off eight Madison Central turnovers.

Larryn Brooks led Madison Central with 15 points, seven rebounds, and 11 assists.  Ashton Feldhaus also recorded 15 points.  Jenna Cornelison added 11 points, nine rebounds, and four blocked shots.

Sydni Wainscott led Simon Kenton with 15 points including three three point baskets.  Wainscott also pulled down eight rebounds.  Abby Owings added 11 points including two three point baskets.  Hannah Stephenson recorded five points and nine rebounds.
