Scott County coach Billy Hicks started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Tamron Manning, 6-2 Jr. Isaiah Ivey, 6-4 Sr. Tanner Shotwell, 6-1 Jr. Josh Harris, and 6-0 Sr. Trey Relford.  Bell County coach Lewis Morris countered with 6-5 Jr. Ryan Cox, 6-3 Sr. Justin Patterson, 6-4 Sr. Ben Madon, 6-1 Jr. Tanner Lefevers, and 5-10 Sr. John Dudley Hilton.

Scott County raced out to a 24-8 first quarter lead on their way to a 79-56 victory over Bell County.  Scott County shot 42% from the field including five of 20 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 16 of 27 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 31 points off 27 Bell county turnovers.  Scott County attempted 35 more shots from the field (69-34) than Bell County.  Bell County shot 47.1% from the field including one of three from beyond the arc.  The Bobcats connected on 23 of 39 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored eight points off 12 Scott County turnovers.

Tanner Shotwell and Tamron Manning led Scott County with 19 and 18 points respectively.

6-3 Jr. Kyle Lee led Bell County with 17 points.  Ben Madon and Tanner Lefevers added 15 points each.
