Bryan Station vs. West Jessamine

Everett Talbert scored on a one yard run with 14 seconds remaining on the clock and Michael Morton kicked the extra point to give Bryan Station a 21-14 victory over West Jessamine and improve their record to 2-1. West Jessamine drops to 0-3 for the season. Bryan Station recorded 15 first downs and 341 yards of total offense. The Defenders were penalized eight times for 76 yards. West Jessamine recorded 13 first downs and 265 yards of total offense. The Colts were penalized 11 times for 113 yards, lost two fumbles, and had one pass intercepted.
Ora Johnson led the Bryan Station ground game with 108 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries. LJ Warfield carried the ball six times for 54 yards. Ora Johnson completed 11 of 21 passes for 115 yards and a touchdown. Jaysuma Webb caught four passes for 63 yards. LJ Warfield caught two passes for 22 yards and a touchdown. Everett Talbert led the defense with three solo and four assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling nine yards. Elijah Burdette also recorded three solo and four assisted tackles. Jeremy Strode added four solo and two assisted tackles.
Romandon Tatum led West Jessamine’s ground attack with 129 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries. Ryan Horne completed three of nine passes for 79 yards with one interception. Sean Donaldson caught one pass for 55 yards. Devin Taylor led the defense with six solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 12 yards. Jonah Gentry added five solo tackles.
