Lexington Christian Academy coach Tommy Huston started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Travis Branham, 6-1 Sr. Patrick Nickodem, 6-3 Jr. Jon Lannertone, 5-8 Jr. Tyler Harville, and 6-2 Sr. Taylor Barnette.  Paul L. Dunbar coach Justin Yeary countered with 6-2 Jr. Jamal Adu-Peasah, 6-1 Jr. William Gary, 6-6 Jr. Taylor King, 5-10 So. Donnie Lewis, and 5-10 Jr. Mike Smith.

Paul L. Dunbar defeated Lexington Christian Academy by a score of 84-79.  Dunbar shot 52.6% from the field including three of eight from the three point line.  The Bulldogs connected on 21 of 34 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored 14 points off nine LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 46.2% from the field including seven of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored eight points off  12 Dunbar turnovers.

William Gary led Dunbar with 34 points and 10 rebounds.  Gary was 11 of 16 from the field including three of four from the three point line and nine of 12 from the free throw line.  Mike Smith added 18 points, nine rebounds, and five assists.  Taylor King chipped in with 14 points and eight rebounds.  Jamal Adu-Peasah chipped in with 11 points.

Taylor Barnette led LCA with 32 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists.  Barnette was 10 of 24 from the field including two of seven from the three point line, and 10 of 10 from the free throw line.  Jon Lannertone and Tyler Harville added 12 and 10 points respectively.
