Sayre coach Scotty Sutton started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Maddie Mitchell, 5-7 So. Grace Rahman, 6-3 Fr. Gabby Bowie, 5-7 Sr. Emily Culbertson, and 5-5 Sr. Sophie O’Rourke.  Frankfort coach Deron Norman countered with 5-8 Jr. Shanae Brown, 5-5 Jr. Shauntae Brown, 5-10 Sr. Sheree Brown, 5-4 Jr. Jasmine Washington, and 5-4 Sr. Raven Robinson.

Frankfort defeated Sayre by a score of 49-33.  Frankfort shot 37.8% from the field including three of 15 from the three point line.  The Lady Panthers connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 31 Sayre turnovers.  Sayre shot 42.3% from the field including two of two from beyond the arc.  The Lady Spartans connected on nine of 12 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 15 Frankfort turnovers.

5-8 8^th grader Brianna Burbridge and Shauntae Brown led Frankfort with 12 points each.  Jasmine Washington and Shanae Brown added 11 and 10 points respectively.  Sheree Brown recorded seven steals.

Gabby Bowie led Sayre with 12 points and 12 rebounds.  Maddie Mitchell added 10 points, seven rebounds, three assists, and four steals.
