Lexington Christian Academy coach Tommy Huston started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Jon Lannertone, 6-2 Jr. Taylor Blair, 6-5 Fr. Matt Rose, 5-8 Jr. Tyler Harville, and 6-1 Sr. Patrick Nickodem.  West Jessamine coach Damon Kelley countered with 6-2 So. Daulton Peters, 6-2 Jr. Robby Irgang, 6-3 Jr. Chase Fain, 6-1 Sr. Jeff Ziemann, and 6-0 So. Will Henderson.

Lexington Christian Academy led 36-22 at halftime and withstood a second half West Jessamine rally to earn a 71-68 victory.  LCA shot 55.6% from the field including eight of 23 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 13 of 20 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 18 West Jessamine turnovers.  West Jessamine shot 37.7% from the field including seven of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Colts connected on 21 of 32 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 17 LCA turnovers.  West Jessamine held a 21-9 advantage in second effort points.

Patrick Nickodem led LCA with 23 points including five three point baskets and pulled down six rebounds.  Jon Lannertone and Taylor Blair added 14 and 13 points respectively.

Will Henderson led West Jessamine with 21 points including five three point baskets.  Daulton Peters added 18 points and six rebounds.  Jeff Ziemann chipped in with 12 points.  Robby Irgang recorded five points and nine rebounds.
