Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-6 So. Trey Grundy, 6-0 Sr. Alex Blackburn, 6-5 Jr. Darien Tichenor, 5-8 Sr. Wes Kimball, and 6-0 So. Christen Cunningham.  Franklin County coach Scott Chalk countered with 6-5 Sr. Garrett Hamilton, 6-3 Jr. Logan Woodside, 6-3 So. Chris Roberts, 5-11 So. Rylan Rowe, and 6-3 Sr. Eric Meyer.

Henry Clay trailed 36-33 after three quarters but rallied to defeat Franklin County by a score of 55-51.  Henry Clay shot 35.6% from the field including two of 11 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 21 of 32 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 19 Franklin turnovers.  Franklin County shot 43.5% from the field including three of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Flyers connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 10 points off eight Henry Clay turnovers.

Christen Cunningham led Henry Clay with 21 points including 12 of 16 from the free throw line.  Alex Blackburn added 11 points and seven rebounds.  Wes Kimball chipped in with 10 points.  Darien Tichenor pulled down nine rebounds.

Logan Woodside led Franklin County with 16 points and 11 rebounds.  Garrett Hamilton added 15 points.  Chris Roberts recorded eight points and 10 rebounds.
