Madison Central  vs.  Casey County  (Girls)

Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey started the following lineup: 6-1 Jr. Ashton Feldhaus, 5-9 Jr. Heather Hinkle, 5-10 Sr. Kristen Congleton, 5-6 Sr. Ashley Hinkle, and 5-5 Jr. Larryn Brooks.  Casey County coach Randy Salyers countered with 5-6 Jr. Jasmine Johnson, 5-6 So. Sarah Beard, 5-9 Fr. Christian Terry, 5-6 Fr. Lakken Miller, and 5-6 Fr. Tiara Cochran.

Madison Central outscored Casey County 20-7 in the second quarter on their way to a 57-38 victory.  Madison Central shot 48.7% from the field including two of six from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on 17 of 25 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 20 Casey County turnovers.  Casey County shot 27% from the field including four of 19 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Rebels connected on 14 of 18 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 10 Madison Central turnovers.

Larryn Brooks led Madison Central with 25 points and six steals.  Brooks was 10 of 13 from the field and five of eight from the free throw line.  Kristen Congleton added eight points and six rebounds.  Ashton Feldhaus chipped in with seven points.

Jasmine Johnson led Casey County with 17 points and eight rebounds.  Christian Terry added six points.
