West Jessamine coach Damon Kelley started the following lineup:  6-3 Jr. Chase Fain, 6-2 Jr. Robby Irgang, 6-5 Sr. DeShawn Eubanks, 6-2 So. Daulton Peters, and 6-1 Sr. Jeff Ziemann.  Note: Will Henderson and Heath Jackson was not in uniform tonight and Chase Fain was not able to play in the second half due to an injury.  Southwestern coach Steve Wright countered with 6-4 Sr. Robby Lewis, 6-3 Sr. Cody Epperson, 6-5 So. Justin Edwards, 5-10 Jr. Justin Schultz, and 6-1 So. David Kapinga.

Southwestern defeated West Jessamine by a score of 79-50.  Southwestern shot 51.7% from the field including eight of 22 from the three point line.  The Warriors connected on 11 of 15 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 26 West Jessamine turnovers.  West Jessamine shot 40.9% from the field including three of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Colts connected on 11 of 14 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 15 Southwestern turnovers.

David Kapinga led Southwestern with 22 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and five steals.  Kapinga was nine of 10 from the field including three of three from the three point line and one of two from the free throw line.  Justin Edwards added 17 points.  Cody Epperson and 6-5 Sr. Daulton Marlow recorded 11 points each.

DeShawn Eubanks led West Jessamine with 11 points.  Daulton Peters added 10 points.
