Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman started the following lineup: 6-6 Sr. Patrick Keller, 6-5 Sr. Craig Floyd, 6-9 Jr. Jack Whitman, 5-10 Jr. Dillon Avare, and 5-10 Sr. Bryan Woomer.  Dunbar coach Justin Yeary countered with 6-1 Sr. Javone Blincoe, 6-1 Jr. William Gary, 6-6 Jr. Taylor King, 5-10 So. Donnie Lewis, and 5-10 Jr. Mike Smith.

Lexington Catholic utilized a balanced scoring attack and 14 of 27 from the three point line to defeat Dunbar 85-68.  Lexington Catholic shot 52.5% from the field including 14 of 27 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on nine of 19 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 13 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 43.8% from the field including four of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 16 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Craig Floyd led Lexington Catholic with 22 points including four three point baskets.  Dillon Avare added 16 points including four three point baskets.  Bryan Woomer recorded 14 points including four three point baskets and dished out 11 assists.  Jack Whitman added 12 points and 13 rebounds.  Patrick Keller also reached double figures with 12 points and pulled down six rebounds.  5-10 Ross Muncy chipped in with nine points tonight.

Mike Smith led Dunbar with 23 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and four steals.  William Gary added 19 points and six rebounds.
