Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Ashton Feldhaus, 5-9 Jr. Heather Hinkle, 5-10 Sr. Kristen Congleton, 5-6 Sr. Ashley Hinkle, and 5-5 Jr. Larryn Brooks.  Woodford County coach Jay Lucas countered with 5-11 Sr. Catie Fletcher, 5-11 Jr. Hannah Morgan, 6-1 Jr. Jessica Morgan, 5-5 So. Shelby McDonald, and 5-9 Fr. Chelsey Ford.

Madison Central raced out to a 16-8 first quarter lead on their way to a 61-49 victory over Woodford County.  Madison Central shot 40.7% from the field including six of 16 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 11 points off nine Woodford County turnovers.  Woodford County shot 25.9% from the field including three of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Yellow Jackets connected on 18 of 26 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored eight points off eight Madison Central turnovers.

Larryn Brooks led Madison Central with 20 points, seven rebounds, and four steals.  Kristen Congleton added 11 points and five rebounds.  Ashton Feldhaus chipped in with 10 points and four rebounds.  Ashley Hinkle recorded nine points on three three point baskets.

Shelby McDonald led Woodford county with 16 points including seven of seven free throws.  Catie Fletcher added 15 points.  Jessica Morgan recorded six points and 12 rebounds.
