Rockcastle County coach Chrysti Noble started the following lineup: 5-9 So. Kayla Reynolds. 5-7 Jr. Emily Miller, 5-10 Jr. Michaela Hunter, 5-7 Sr. Kadi Cobb, and 5-6 Sr. Katie Cowan.  Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey countered with 6-2 Jr. Ashton Feldhaus, 5-9 Jr. Heather Hinkle, 5-10 Sr. Kristen Congleton, 5-6 Sr. Ashley Hinkle, and 5-5 Jr. Larryn Brooks.

Madison Central raced out to a 30-10 first quarter lead on their way to a 76-49 victory over Rockcastle County.  Madison Central sizzled from long range tonight as they were eight of 11 from beyond the arc.  Madison Central shot 50% from the field including eight of 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on 16 of 22 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 14 Rockcastle County turnovers.  Rockcastle county shot 33.3% from the field including four of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Rockets connected on nine of 15 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 Madison Central turnovers.

Ashton Feldhaus led Madison Central with 26 points including two three point baskets and nine rebounds.  Larryn Brooks added 20 points including three three point baskets.  5-9 Sr. Chrystal Miller chipped in with 13 points and six rebounds.  Ashley Hinkle recorded 12 points including two three point baskets.

Michaela Hunter led Rockcastle County with 18 points and six rebounds.  Kadi Cobb and Katie Cowan added nine and eight points respectively.
