Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-6 So. Trey Grundy, 6-4 So. Jordan Green, 6-5 Jr. Darien Tichenor, 5-8 Sr. Wes Kimball, and 5-11 So. Christen Cunningham.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-5 Sr. Tamron Manning, 6-3 Sr. Isaiah Ivey, 6-4 Sr. Josh Harris, 6-0 Jr. Quin Richardson, and 6-1 So. Trenton Gilbert.

Henry Clay continues their remarkable run this week with a 63-59 victory over Scott County after handing Madison Central their first loss of the season earlier this week.  Henry Clay led 32-20 early in the third quarter  but Scott County only trailed 41-40 after three quarters.  Henry Clay held on down the stretch to earn an impressive road victory over the Cardinals.

Henry Clay shot 44.4% from the field including two of five from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 13 of 18 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored four points off seven Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 30.3% from the field including only one of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Cardinals connected on 18 of 23 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored eight points off 10 Henry Clay turnovers.

Christen Cunningham led Henry Clay with 19 points including 10 of 14 free throws.  Trey Grundy added 12 points and nine rebounds.  Jordan Green also scored 12 points and pulled down five rebounds.  Darien Tichenor chipped in with eight points, 13 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  6-1 Sr. Alex Blackburn also scored eight points.

Isaiah Ivey led Scott County with 17 points.  Tamron Manning added 15 points, 15 rebounds, and three steals.  Josh Harris chipped in with 10 points.
