East Jessamine coach Chris O’Bryan started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Cody Collins, 6-0 Sr. Cameron Thomas, 6-2 Jr. Timmy Bradshaw, 5-10 Sr. C.J. Boyd, and 6-0 Sr. Tashan Hairston.  West Jessamine coach Damon Kelley countered with 6-2 So. Daulton Peters, 6-2 Jr. Robby Irgang, 6-3 Jr. Chase Fain, 6-1 Sr. Heath Jackson, and 6-1 Sr. Jeff Ziemann.

East Jessamine defeated West Jessamine by a score of 71-60.  East Jessamine shot 36.6% from the field including six of 26 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on 13 of 21 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 24 West Jessamine turnovers.  The Jaguars attempted 31 more shots (71-40) from the field than West Jessamine.  West Jessamine shot 52.5 from the field including one of seven from beyond the arc.  The Colts connected on 17 of 23 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored two points off five East Jessamine turnovers.

Tashan Hairston led East Jessamine with 16 points.  C.J. Boyd added 13 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and three steals.  6-0 Sr. Michael Rexroat chipped in with 12 points on four three point baskets.  Cody Collins recorded 12 points and five rebounds.  Timmy Bradshaw also reached double figures with 10 points and six rebounds.

Chase Fain led West Jessamine with 19 points, nine rebounds, and four assists.  Heath Jackson added 13 points.  Daulton Peters recorded 11 points and 10 rebounds.  Robby Irgang chipped in with eight points and six rebounds.
