Tates Creek  vs.  Bryan Station

Tates Creek coach Wayne Breeden started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Braxton McFarland, 6-0 Sr. Dai Quan Epps, 6-4 Fr. Jordan Fucci, 5-10 Sr. Brian Tilford, and 6-2 Sr. Darius Gibson.  Bryan Station coach Mike Allen countered with 6-2 Sr. Marcus Williams, 6-2 So. Daquice Allen, 6-3 Sr. Kalahari Harris, 5-11 Jr. Tyler Smith, and 6-1 Sr. Jaylen Beckham.

Tates Creek defeated Bryan Station by a score of 51-46.  Tates Creek led 32-30 at halftime led by Brian Tilford with 11 points.  Jaylen Beckham and Marcus Williams scored 11 and nine points respectively to lead Bryan Station at the intermission.  Tates Creek led 40-31 in the third quarter but Bryan Station rallied to trail 43-40 after three quarters.  Bryan Station cut the deficit to two points in the final quarter but could never catch the Commodores.

Tates Creek shot 37% from the field including one of five from the three point line.  The Commodores connected on 16 of 29 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored eight points off 13 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 28.1% from the field including four of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 15 Tates creek turnovers.

Brian Tilford led Tates Creek with 14 points.  Jordan Fucci added 12 points and eight rebounds.  Darius Gibson chipped in with nine points and seven rebounds.  Braxton McFarland recorded eight points and 12 rebounds.

Jaylen Beckham led Bryan Station with 16 points including two three point baskets.  Marcus Williams added 13 points and 10 rebounds.  Kenyon Hipps chipped in with eight points and six rebounds.
