Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following lineup: 5-9 So. DaiJia Ruffin, 5-6 So. Raven Merriweather, 6-1 Sr. Jazmin Smith, 5-7 Jr. Kristin Matula, and 5-7 Sr. Jade Tubb.  Boone County coach Nell Fookes countered with 5-11 Sr. Sydney Moss, 5-9 Sr. Zuri Hill, 5-11 Sr. Lydia Nash, 5-9 Sr. Elizabeth Switzer, and 5-4 Jr. Jessica Jones.

Boone County outscored Sacred Heart Academy 18-10 in the second quarter on their way to a 65-54 victory.  Boone County shot 56.5% from the field including zero for three from the three point line.  The Lady Rebels connected on 13 of 21 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 19 SHA turnovers.  SHA shot 52.2% from the field including five of nine from beyond the arc.  The Valkyries connected on one of three free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 14 Boone County turnovers.

Zuri Hill led Boone County with 18 points and eight rebounds.  Lydia Nash also scored 18 points.  Sydney Moss recorded 17 points, seven rebounds, and six assists.  Jessica Jones recorded nine points, four assists, and six steals.

DaiJia Ruffin led Sacred Heart Academy with 21 points and eight rebounds.  Jade Tubb added 11 points including three three point baskets.  Raven Merriweather recorded 10 points, six rebounds, five assists, and three steals.
