CAL coach Casey Smallwood started the following lineup: 6-4 Sr. Paul Barry, 6-3 Sr. Chase Darst, 6-5 Jr. Max Duff, 5-11 Sr. Sawyer Hobbs, and 6-1 Sr. Logan Wade.  LCA coach Brad Carter countered with 6-5 Jr. Michael Young, 6-5 So. Matt Rose, 6-4 Sr. Jon Lannertone, 5-8 Sr. Tyler Harville, and 6-5 Sr. Taylor Blair.

LCA raced out to a 14-2 lead and held on for a 61-55 victory over CAL.  The score was tied five times with six lead changes.  LCA shot 53.8% from the field including six of 13 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 13 of 20 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 15 CAL turnovers.  CAL shot 27.1% from the field including five of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Centurions connected on 24 of 30 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 17 LCA turnovers.

Tyler Harville led LCA with 24 points including five three point baskets.  Matt Rose added 11 points and seven rebounds.

Logan Wade led CAL with 17 points including three three point baskets.  Sawyer Hobbs added 16 points and four steals.  Chase Darst chipped in with 12 points and six rebounds.
