Bullitt East coach Troy Barr started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Rusty Troutman, 6-0 Sr. Chris Embry, 6-7 Sr. Elliott Young, 5-10 So. Hunter Noffsinger, and 5-11 Sr. Trey Rakes.  (Note: 6-9 Sr. Derek Willis is currently serving a two game suspension after being ejected from his last game).  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-6 Jr. Trey Grundy, 6-4 Jr. Jordan Green, 6-4 Sr. Gerrard Newby, 6-2 So. Jeremiah Tisdale, and 6-1 Jr. Christen Cunningham.

Bullitt East outscored Henry Clay 22-6 in the third quarter on their way to a 58-55 victory.  Henry Clay trailed 48-35 after three quarters and withstood a Henry Clay rally in the final period.  Bullitt East shot 41.5% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line.  The Chargers connected on 10 of 12 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 17 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 38.2% from the field including four of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on nine of 17 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 15 Bullitt East turnovers.

Rusty Troutman led Bullitt East with 19 points and nine rebounds.  Trey Rakes added 12 points and Elliott Young chipped in with nine points and six rebounds.  6-2 Jr. Ezra Troutman pulled down nine rebounds.

Trey Grundy led Henry Clay with 16 points and nine rebounds.  6-0 Jr. Teddy Ware added 12 points including three three point baskets.  Jordan Green chipped in with nine points and nine rebounds.
