Lexington Christian Academy coach Brad Carter started the following lineup: 6-5 So. Matt Rose, 6-2 Sr. Taylor Blair, 6-4 Sr. Jon Lannertone, 5-10 So. John Stein, and 5-9 So. Drew Schacht.  Tates Creek coach Wayne Breeden countered with 6-2 Jr. Ian Davis, 6-1 Sr. Vincent Mattox, 6-5 So. Jordan Fucci, 5-11 So. Desmond Duke, and 5-11 Sr. Landon Love. 

Tates Creek defeated Lexington Christian Academy by a score of 47-37.  Tates Creek shot 33.3% from the field including five of 18 from the three point line.  The Commodores connected on 12 of 23 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 16 LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 32.6% from the field including two of 13 from beyond the arc.  LCA only shot 24% from the field in the second half and only totaled 13 points after the intermission.  The Eagles connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored eight points off 15 Tates Creek turnovers.

Jordan Fucci led Tates Creek with 14 points, 15 rebounds, and four steals.  Vincent Mattox added eight points.  Ian Davis chipped in with seven points and eight rebounds.

Jon Lannertone led LCA with 12 points and 12 rebounds.  Matt Rose added seven points.  6-0 Jr. Cody Kalinowski recorded six points and eight rebounds.
