Nelson County coach Kelly Wood started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Allysa Johnston, 5-10 Jr. Brianna Harman, 6-3 Sr. Cierra Drake, 5-8 So. Caitlin Hagan, and 5-10 Sr. A.J. Lewis.  Elizabethtown coach Tim Mudd countered with 6-1 Fr. Erin Boley,5-8 So. Livie Bowling, 6-2 So. Reaunna Cleaver, 5-4 Jr. Kinsey Mudd, and 5-7 Sr. Anna Bowling.

Elizabethtown led 14-5 after the first quarter and held off Nelson County the rest of the game for a 61-56 victory.  Elizabethtown shot 43.6% from the field including four of 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Panthers connected on 23 of 33 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 13 Nelson County turnovers.  Elizabethtown held a 23-2 advantage in bench scoring.  Nelson County shot 49% from the field including one of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cards connected on seven of 14 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 Elizabethtown turnovers.

Erin Boley led Elizabethtown with 20  points and six rebounds.  Darien Huff added 15 points.  Kinsey Mudd chipped in with eight points and Reaunna Cleaver recorded six points and seven rebounds.

Cierra Drake led Nelson County with 28 points, nine rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Drake was 13 of 13 from the field and two of five from the free throw line.  Brianna Harman added 12 points.  Caitlin Hagan chipped in with eight points.  A.J. Lewis recorded six points, six rebounds, and five assists.
